Checked in, got into my room. There was a tv with no stand leaned against the wall because they couldn’t take 10 min to mount it. Killed about 3 times roaches that were coming from behind AC unit. Could hear the people in the room next to me and there foolery all night long, I’m almost certain they were selling drugs. One of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had.

I complained at front desk about a couple things with no attention given to them other than being told the Inn was under renovation so some things may have not been updated or in the process thereof, Our room had brand new flooring which was nice. My complaints were: coffee condiments & cups were provided in the room but no coffee maker and the toilet seat was very loose & wobbly. Also, of which I didn't complain about was there were absolutely no towel bars in or out of the bathroom, the soap was very old, both bars were crumbling inside the package before even having opened them. On a positive note, the breakfast was fairly decent with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy & waffles, The only complaint there was the sausage was over cooked & dry. The lady overseeing the breakfast was extremely friendly & attentive to the guests.

When we pulled up police were everywhere. There was a fight at the attached bar. We tried to leave, but were denied a refund and there were no other rooms available. Horrible, filthy room. Was told there was no general manager or head of housekeeping to talk to. Tub/shower was disgusting. Furniture missing paint and all scratched up, was dusty and there were crumbs in all the shelves and cabinets that held microwave (which didn’t work) and the mini fridge. Towels had hair (which I hope came from someone’s head) on them. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Tried to check in fleeing a Cat 4 hurricane with family and pets. Had booked two days prior and they said my room was canceled. Hotels.com fortunately called and told them it wasn’t. Finally got the worst room and environment I’ve ever stayed, then they said I needed to leave because they don’t allow pets even though that’s the only reason I booked it. Had to have hotels.com call again. They over charged me from what my reservation was for, but I had no choice and hotels.com said they couldn’t help with that. Literal meth addicts knocked on our door at 2:00 am. We eventually found out they had told several other people the same thing because they had resold our rooms.

Asked for non smoking it wasn’t. Morning food was awful biscuit hard eggs and sausage cold. Had to help one of your customers that was handy cap find him a fork and this was first thing in the morning. Also had your maids try to break the door down just to see if we needed towels and couldn’t speak a bit of English.

Door was slammed in the middle of the night people walking by your door at night late talking loud they don’t have king beds on 1st floor and I can’t go upstairs it sucked sleeping in a small bed and they was a gap around the door and the guy next to us would go outside to smoke cigarette his smoke would come into our room I will never use this place again

They tried to say pool closed at 6pm. When we called hotel we were told 10pm. The sheets were nasty, the floors nasty. The fridge was broke and air conditioner kept shutting off. My kid stopped up the toilet and we had to wait 3hrs before someone came to plunge it after we had to go ask 3 times. We definitely won't be going back there again.

When we got here they said The pool closes at 6 pm!! But Online it says 8 pm. I got them to call the manager to see why it closed so early and asked could our kids swim until dark and they said yes.. then came out to lock the gates at 8. They were very unprofessional and disrespectful.

There has got to be a way to inform incoming guests, the pool is not available. If not, immediate refund in cash should be given. But aside from that, it’s decent
