The stay was fine. We weren’t able to get a refund so we made it work.

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was dirty. The shower was dirty. There was a random food on the walls.

Pleased!

We only stopped in for a few hours to get some sleep before finishing our drive the next morning, but we were very pleased with the room and staff. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was so very pleasant to speak to and helpful.

We have no complaints!

The lobby was nicely decorated and the rooms felt nice.

Bed was great.

Floor and bathroom could use a little more scrubbing. Room damp.

It was what I paid for.

I did like the appearance of the lobby, breakfast area, and the room itself. The bed was really comfortable and for the most part, the room was clean.

I didn't like that the door of the room opened up to the outside and that it smelled like smoke. Also, the towels were mix matched and there was hair on the sink and tub.

Will not return

No coffee pot or coffee in room. No ice bucket, no Kleenex, no iron or ironing board. Noisy people on floor above us.

Room was ok to just check in and spend the night, then leave.

They tried to update the room but it was not done well.

Noise from adjacent rooms and parking lot. Bathroom floor was in poor condition.

Lobby had an overwhelming bleach smell. Rooms floors felt like they hadn’t been swept in a long time. There were bugs in the room. Had a no smoking room but the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them.

My Peaceful Getaway

The staff were really friendly, the room was clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. I went there for a little much needed r and r and brought along my granddaughter for company. The location was very convenient to a lot of things and they offered a hot breakfast in the mornings. Totally quiet and just what I needed. 🙂

The only thing I didn't like, and it is nothing this hotel can change, is that the rooms are on the outside. I prefer rooms on the inside, because I feel more safe in them. I made my reservations online and didn't realize the rooms were on the outside until I arrived there. Other than that, I enjoyed everything else about my stay and because of that I would definitely go back again.

Excellent for an overnight stay

The room was clean..renovation wasn’t complete but receptionist told us before we accepted the room..no blow dryer or coffee pots had been received. Only a blanket on bed no bedding but bed was comfortable and new. For what we needed it was excellent for the money and very convenient for our departure in am where we were headed.
