It was a bit dated kitchens and bathrooms a little run down. It was clean just old and dated interiors. A bit of litter in thr parking lot. It appears folks are indeed living here ..i t is an extended stay but there was a couple vehicles that appeared non funcruonal. Breakfast was instant oatmeal and nutrigrain bars.

Overall not good! Front desk person when we checked in was rude. Fan in the bathroom sounded like person screaming. Hole in the ceiling. Room smelled like smoke.

Unprofessional staff/lack of customer service with no training Weekly housekeeping was advertised but staff said it would cost extra. They said no breakfast. Grounds very dirty, noisy. Smoking everywhere.

Weird place. +$200/night and suppose to be for longer stays. No dishes, silverware, cooking gear, coffee maker?

A bit run down. We had a sleeper sofa in addition and it had no sheets . Clearly 3 adults and a child are all not sleeping in the same bed.

The room appeared a little run down (wear and tear like carpet stains or patched holes in the wall), but it was clean when I came in (vacuumed, clean sheets, clean table, etc). I loved the layout of the room and the amenities offered, and the hot water didn't go cold! It was a wonderful little room that I could definitely feel comfortable having to stay longer than the three days I did. The free breakfast is a very limited grab and go option, so I wouldn't plan your breakfasts solely at the hotel unless you buy some groceries. The wifi is good, but hard for streaming video unless you upgrade. The lobby was also always locked no matter the time of day, and it felt a little awkward to have to raise the phone just to ask to be let in to grab some oatmeal. The only actual negative thing I didn't much like was the pervasive smell of smoke. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby, it smelled in the hotel room, and when I passed by another room getting cleaned one day, it smelled in there, too. But there's signs everywhere saying no smoking. Thankfully it wasn't strong enough to seep into my clothes, and I could adjust to it in just a couple minutes. However, if I had been traveling with someone more sensitive, I'm not sure we'd have been able to ask to transfer to a room that they'd be able to rest in.

In the morning we learned that their “breakfast” was just a grab and go. We make our hotel decisions based on several things but one of them is breakfast. There was no food only coffee they said there truck did not come in. They would not compensate for any inconvenience. Not a good experience.

Since I was bringing my dog, I had called beforehand to see if I needed to do anything and was told there was only a pet fee of $25/night. When I arrived, there was a woman already being helped by the front desk staff, however as soon as I entered the staff disappeared. I waited around 5 minutes occasionally calling out with no answer. Finally, I ended up calling the front desk from my phone. I waited almost 4 minutes for them to pick up and then a few more for them to get to the lobby. During my check-in, a 2nd staff member entered and began helping him check me in. She did not look at me nor talk to me directly. When I said that I had a pet, the lady looked upset and began talking to the other staff member. She told him “She did not indicate a pet.” in an annoyed tone, then “she needs to be moved to a different room. This room is absolutely not a pet room.” I was not told where my room was in the complex, so I got to wander around at night looking for my room. It took me 1 hour from arrival to finally get to my room. There was hair from previous guests left in the bathroom - in the shower and on the counter. Countertops were left dirty and my room smelled very strongly of cigarette or fentanyl smoke. The only good thing was the location. The price is insane for how awful this place is.

Nice little space right by Tmobile HQ. The room is clean and the receptionist was helpful.
