The issue I had is about the bath tub. The shea butter soap provided by the hotel made the bath tub very slippery, so I fell back into the bath tub when I stepped out. As there was no rails on the wall to hold, the fall was hurting.

This place is one of thenicest ones we have stayed at in along time Desk staff was excellent. Very cheerful and very welcoming. She seemed to really lokelikeher job

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and roomy. The pool was cold and a littke overly chemicals but ither then that it was pretty great. Breakfast was also good.

Stayed just one night. Hotel was clean, quiet, smelled nice, good breakfast options in the morning to fuel me up for the day, and most important of all, the bed was SUPER comfortable.

The hotel was a good place to sleep, 1. Need to be flexible on check in time. I got off the plane, picked up my rental car, drove to hotel, arrived 12:30 PM. Walked up to the check in desk. A lady standing over to my right (I think a cleaning staff person) said "can we help you?" I said, I would like to check in please, she said "at 3 PM, people check out at 11 AM". I turned and started to walk to my car. She said as I was walking away to my car "we might be able to get you checked in at 2 PM." I came back at 3:30 PM. I travel a lot and have never had a hotel employee tell me something like that, normally they check their computer system and see any rooms have been cleaned and if one is available, they check you in early. 2. TV in Room lost signal often: The TV in my room (125), all evening kept losing signal, about every, 15-30 mins, error received "temporarily lost signal, try new channel or retry". I tried to "change channel" and pressed ok to "retry" nothing worked. I had to power off TV and let it stay off for a 1 minute or so and that normally worked. I called the front desk to report the problem about 9 PM, let it ring about 20 times, no answer. Not a big deal but when you are traveling you just don't need the extra frustration.

I paid 150 dollars just to listen to laundry all night on the first floor couldn’t keep tv loud enough to cover the noise.

Everyone was so friendly! The hotel was quiet and clean as was our room. Breakfast was ok and was lukewarm.

This seemed like a new hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. For a one night stay, it was great. Parking could be better.
