Disgusting! Poor customer service. When I opened my room’s door, the smell of washroom welcomed me. It smelled like someone just took a dump in the washroom and didn’t turn the fan on. I checked-in at 4pm and checked-out at 8pm. I couldn’t take the smell of room. I turned the fan on in the washroom which made the bad smell subside. I will never go back and will never recommend. I paid the full price and i didn’t dispute but I needed to move to a different hotel. The worst hotel I’ve ever been.

Arrived after midnight after a late day event. Check in a wonderful, great customer service. The next morning we requested a later check out due to an event later that day… the hotel refused to accommodate without a charge. Very disappointing as we had stayed a Wyndham hotel seven night on previous trips..but bc we booked through hotel.com they didn’t acknowledge the stays.

Was very satisfied with our room. Bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was very nice. It's nice to see hot foods like eggs, hash browns and sausage among with your typical cereals and toast. My husband and I will come here again in the future

The hotel was conveniently situated off the highway making it ideal for our overnight stay. Good value with friendly and helpful staff. The room had a pet smell and a few things were not working but it was clean and spacious. I travel with Lysol spray and wipes anyway so not a big deal for me.

Stayed for 2 nights in Sept 24, Room has a musty smell but that could be on me, I didn't know it was a hotel that accepted pets. The breakfast is very very poor. Only a couple of people up for the breakfast and no coffee, how dose that happen at breakfast? The warm part of the breakfast had been sitting in the warmer for hours and was dry and very unappealing. I could go on but just plain lousy.

First major issue with this property is that the desk clerk made a photo copy of my drivers license rather than simply check it was me checking in. I was told management required this. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels this is a first. I consider this a potential for identity theft. Management does not state what they do with the copy. There was only one person handling breakfast and the front desk. The breakfast was poorly maintained with food. In our room the shower door was missing allowing water to spray all over the floor. I would not recomend this place to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for work in the Medicine Hat area. It is easy to access from highway 1, has a good amount of parking, and is reasonably priced. There is nothing specificly wrong with this hotel, it just has a bit of a dated feel to it.
