Room was small but did not impede on the comfortability. Would go back. The staff was very helpful. Overall the room was well maintained there were a couple of incidents that I did not like: did not leave any toilet paper one day and did not make the beds another. the location was excellent and easy to get to from anywhere in Paris.

This hotel is located directly across the Paris Expo and within a block of the Tram, Bus and Train stops.
Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not much of a view from the room, if you are in need of one.
The rooms, like many local hotels, are not very roomy. The bathroom door will not open fully since it hits the bed.
No A/C may be a problem if you are there for the summer. They do provide one standup fan, the vertical types. This does not seem to provide much airflow. Since I was there furint May it was not a major problem, however I am sure that in the hot summer days it would be much warmer.
The best you can say about the bed is that it is flat. Don't expect plush, it may not be the type for people who have back problems, and it may be uncomfortable fot those without.
Hopefully your luggage will fit in the elevator. I was able to squeeze my to rolling bags and placed my back-pack on top to allow room for myself. More bags would have required additional trips.
The weekly transportation pass was a good deal to travel the city via train, bus, or tram. One rate for all your trips all week long. You can get the ticket at the tram station's ticket vending machine.
They do offer wi-fi Internet access (you have to buy). However, it work in the lobby and the lower two floors, which prompted me to move to a lower floor upon arrival. Boingo does work here and you may want to check their rates for Internet access, typpically much lower than most european hot spots, great deal.
I used a limo (van) srevice to return to the airport. Granted I was the first pickup and it took about 1 hr to get to the airport including all the stops. This saved me about 1/2 of the taxi fare for the airport, another good deal.
I did not have time to check their breakfast deals, I ended up picking up crossaints on the way to work from a local bakery near the office (not by the hotel).
The hotel staff was quite pleasant and helpful.
In summary for my mixed review, it was a place to stay and I w

If you are to stay in this hotel please be advised. I stayed in this hotel in May, and I was completely horrified by the cleanliness of the room. I stayed on the fourth floor, the hotel has an extremely small lift, but that was not what concerned me. The fact that I was almost eaten alive by the bugs in the beds. And I say beds because I switched rooms. I woke up on my second day in Paris COVERED by more than 10 bug bites. And I could see these bugs and their excremants on and in between the grooves of the headboard. My second room was not too bad, but I still got bitten. And it was the main reason that I wanted to leave Paris, was because of this. But if that doesn't bother you, the hotel is a block away from the Metro station, in a very good area, and most of the staff is nice and amiable. Though if you complain about the bugs and insects, they'll tend to not believe you and try to say that you are making it up. Until you show them all the red welts and bumps that itch like hell. Also, one of the room towels had an old piece of gum stuck to it. Typical for a Parisian room, but I HIGHLY doubt that it's supposed to be infested. My advice? Pick another hotel. Even if you have to pay a bit more, it's worth it to not loose sleep and feel itchy and constantly dirty.

Worst hotel ever. Elevator was very small with a musty oder.(carpet on the walls). Hotel room was verry small, no closet space. Had to leave clothes in suitcase on floor standing upright. The bed took up the whole room. The mattress was lumpy. The bathroom was the worst. Mold & mildew in shower. The curtain didn't cover the opening, so water ran on bathroom floor . We were supposed to stay for 8 nights. Cancelled the other 7 nights. Am having a hard time getting a refund for the remaining 7 nights. Manager is always unavailable to talk with. I would never stay there again.

Hotel was ok, but a little out of the way, although the metro/tram were both nearby. Seemed to take an age to check in, staff were slow. The lift is very small, we had difficulty getting two people in with our bags. Decided not to take breakfast in the hotel as there were plenty of small restaurants about. Room was very cramped although adequate. Double bed with hardly room to walk around it, samll wardrobe and no drawer space so unpacking just wasn't an option. We arrived a day early and hadn't had a chance to book the 2nd night through expedia, think we paid over the odds for the hotel but it was during the rugby world cup and hotels were busy. I was not happy with the parking charge, 26 euros per night, for a motorbike! I will look elsewhere next trip.

This hotel is a typical Paris hotel; very small rooms & elevator. Overall it was a good value for the price. The bed did kind of sink in the middle, so it wasn't the most comfortable, but we got by; after all with all to do in Paris we weren't so focused on sleep. Location was also great as it was relatively close to the Eiffel Tower and a five minute walk to the metro station.

the hotel rooms were very small even by 3 star standards. there was no hot running water in the hotel and staff were most unhelpful when we complained about taking cold showers, we eventually spoke with the manager on the last day of our trip and he moved us to an alternative hotel for our last night however he did not actually apologise and spending the first three days without hot water was not an experience i would reccomend. if you like to have showers or a bath when away i would not go to this hotel. having looked at other travel reviews on other websites this appears to be a frequent problem.

Without a doubt worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Trapped in elevator, room dead bolt wouldn't lock. Cold shower every day. Room was the size of a jail cell. Not a Best Buy as advertised.

During my five night stay, the room service came in the room without my consent. That was the only problem I enocountered, other than that, the hotel is nice and clean to stay.

The hotel has ok African decor. The rooms are pretty small about 8'x10'. My husband and I were triping over our luggage the hole time. The hotel is in desperate need or an air conditioning unit. The room has a little fan (that is what they consider AC) We spent 2 nights there and I was not able to sleep either night because it was so hot. Good luck when you go in the bathroom because you can probably sweat off 5 lbs. It's ridiculously hot in there. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff in the reception. They were very nice, helful and attentive.
