Very close to the airport. The cleaning crew sprays something that is horrible for allergy or asthma sufferers. I had a terrible time there, luckily we stayed one night.

The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues.
I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this day.
There was no alternative solution or compensation offered. I was not happy with this stay.

Lovely hotel in a good location , the only thing missing was a swimming pool. All the staff very friendly and the room had good size bed and everything I needed. I would recommend it.

I had a pleasant stay here at Hotel Aida. I was in town for a wedding and decided to stay at this hotel since it was close to the venue of the wedding. The way you see it in photos, is the way it will be in person. The staff is kind and friendly. PS, it is a English friendly hotel, so you do not have to speak Spanish fluently, lol. My stay was great overall. The only thing I wish was different was the sizes and space of the room. Your typical standard European size rooms that make anyone feel like a giant. Everything else, including the breakfast, which you pay 7 euros for, every time you go in, was good. I will definitely stay here again if ever I'm visiting town.

This holder is quite far from the airport and taxi costs about 30 EUR one way which was a surprised and round trip cost me 63 EUR on top of the hotel rate. Might make sense to take a hotel by the airport. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was just ok. Room was what to expect from a 3 star hotel and staff was friendly and spoke English

I was given a room at the end of the hall. Seemed to be beyond the reach if wifi. The desk clerk seemed to deny that was a problem. I finally gave up and asked for a room change. This was done willingly however the new room had no heat and it was a cold night. The clerk did supply an electric heater.
I found the hotel far from everywhere but that is my fault for mischoosing.

I am a semi-regular traveler to Torrejon Ardoz and booked the Hotel Aida because of the competitive online price and free airport transfer service described on the website. Unfortunately it seems the airport shuttle has been discontinued and whilst a bus service (824) runs directly from the airport to the outside of the hotel but if you have an early flight the taxi will cost €30. Also during my stay the breakfast room was not open and neither, it seemed, the restaurant. The hotel was also at the furthest end of Torrejon Ardoz.
However the hotel itself was clean and tidy and the staff attentive. Although the TV service did not have an English speaking station tuned, neither were there tea/coffee making facilities.

This hotel was our choice when returned for one last night in Madrid. We thought a airport hotel would be great idea. The problem is that it's 20-25 minutes from the airport and it would have been easier to take the metro from the airport to the hotel we stayed in right in Madrid during the first part of our trip. And with having to get from terminal 4 to 2 and then take a bus (the 824) the metro would have taken less time. We also ended up going into Madrid on the last night to see flamenco at Las Tablas in Madrid. This meant walking a kilometer to the train station and taking the train to get to the metro (can't say enough good things about the metro) and having to run back after the performance to catch the train as they stop running at 11:45 PM. We ran and we made the train with 5 minutes to spare. We did order breakfast with this hotel, which was good as there was know local places close by to eat. The food was fair. Lastly, we did get a free shuttle back to the airport and that was good.

The Hotel Aida staff were very, very helpful. I really enjoyed my short stay. The restaurant at the adjacent hotel owned by the same group was outstanding, both in food and service when staying at the Hotel Aida.

1.- I chose this hotel because it was said to be in a close proximety to the Madrid's International airport (MAD). Well it was NOT close to the airport. It was about 20 min. if not more to the airport. In the Expedia descripion it was listed to be about 3 miles but it took us about 20 min. and 28.00 Euros to get there with a taxi.
2.- The hotel room was a nice size, not very big but confortable as size, but the bed mattress very bad quality. The worst so far. Also, no coffee machine or coffee in the room, but we stayed in other 3 hotels and did not have it. It might be normal in Spain.
3.- The bathroom was clean, tooth brushes, tooth paste and comb was provided
4.- Hotel had a "cafeteria/restaurant" that offered hamburger, salade, sandwiches.... but the menu presented to us was so dirty, stained with coffee and othe who knows what stains that grossed us up. My husband and I went for dinner to a restaurant close to the hotel
5.- Receptionist was very nice, professional-

Not shuttle bus to take you to the hotel from the airport. when I called to ask for the service they ask me to take a taxi and they made it seem that they will pay for the taxi once I get there. Once at the hotel they refused to pay the taxi and they told me that there is no shuttle to take you back to the airport in the morning. I had pay 85 Euros for the taxi for both ways. Also the breakfast that I paid for it with the room I didn’t get the chance to have it because it starts at 8 am and I had and early flight at 10 am so I had to leave at 7:30 am and the stuff there were none to talk to only one person he couldn’t do nothing.

They promote free transportatin to and from the airport. It cost over $35.00 Euro for a taxi ride to the hotel. The sister hotel next door does have a great resturant and I had a great meal.
