A very pleasant stay, food and staff excellent, hotel very dated but they did explain they are closing soon for a refurb. I would definitely come back when it’s been upgraded.

Great views from rooftop and nice restaurant on this level.

Great location for the beach if you want to surf. Helpful staff. Great rooftop terrace and bar for a drink.

I was apprehensive about staying here due to several poor and mediocre reviews but we truly liked the hotel.
Parking is right underneath (extra fee) but very convenient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the roof terrace and bar - at sunset the view is beautiful- and we enjoyed the breakfast (we got a discount - not sure it’s really worth €25 pp).
There’s some excellent dining options right by the hotel, and the old port beach/aquarium are only a 10 or so minute walk away.
We did experience some slow service/lack of attention at the lobby one evening, and once an unpleasant experience with the parking in and out service but other than that everyone was super friendly and helpful. The wifi strength is bad which was not an issue for us but could be for some folks. The pool is small and somewhat crowded so we didn’t use it…but that didn’t bother us at all.
Again, we were very happy with the hotel and can recommend staying here without any hesitation!

It was a good stay all together. People are very friendly. It is a good 4 star. Location is great.
Parking at 30 euros a night is way too much!!
5.0
Very good location. nice property and good staff.

The staff is wonderful. Miguel and Paul (?) managed to fix my problem with the Internet. I was in room #425 which has no Internet access. It's a premium room and the lack of Internet in my opinion is completely unacceptable in the year 2024.
However, the staff provided us with a stand alone Internet router that provided us with a strong signal. I am very grateful for that.
The room is tired and kind of rundown. Well below what you would expect from a Radisson Blu. The pricing does not reflect this condition.
Parking below the is very convenient and overpriced. So it depends on how much you want to pay for convenience.
I wouldn't stay there again.
Location is good but there are lots of hotels with a good location. Biarritz is truly fabulous.

Highly recommended this place. The location and the view. I stayed in an ocean view. Very modern, spacious and very clean Incredible sunset. Roof top patio, pool and restaurant. Best view and the employees are very friendly and welcoming.

Broken tiles in bathroom, bath wall was prepared for tiles with concrete looking
Base coat but no tiles, water leaked through shower screen seal onto floor.
Roof pool was nice but could not get towel off staff on roof, had to go to reception on ground floor so, didn’t bother. sauna was €15 for 30 minutes per person??, parking €20 for 24hrs. Room wasn’t cheap at €170 and felt everything was an upsell.
Downstairs bar/restaurant was closed on evenings??

It was a lovely day so we made the most of the roof pool and the roof bar amazing views

This hotel was a very disappointing experience for us. The property is in a very poor condition. I believe it is being renovated in October but that doesn't help people now. The prices charged are for a premium hotel which at the moment is 2 star at best. I recommend going somewhere else.

Our check-in had some complications due to flight delays. However, the front desk employee Alvaro went above and beyond to make the process ok. Thank you.

Friendly team, good breakfast and great location. The hotel is older and room’s a/c system did not work, hence we had a damp odor in the room the entire time…this would have been manageable but the windows were old and sealed permanently.
2.5
Could have done with power points next to the bed

Breakfast was lovely, great quality and variety. Rooftop restaurant had great service, great food. Room cleaning was excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful for all our needs. I'd certainly return.

The location of this property is the best part of the hotel - within walking distance from everything. However the hotel itself is in very rough condition - as an example the air conditioning did not work, the wall paint was peeling off the walls from humidity and the window was hanging on one hinge which was a safety hazard in our opinion especially with a 3 year old.
2.0
Our stay was marred by the closure of the roof bar on our last day and all the noise of preparations for upcoming work which disturbed everyone around the pool. The hairdryer in our room was feeble - these all need replacing with regular power versions.

Due to strike , my flight was cancelled
Hôtel refused to postpone my arrival by few days. And hotel was not full…
Not a friendly manner
I chose a non refundable option but given strikes other hotels have been more accommodative and allow a deferral

Great location; range of facilities decent, but roof top shuts in high wind and the whole hotel is dowdy; needs refurb for the price charged.
2.5
Lovely hotel, brilliant location and great staff. Once again our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar were great to relax after the drive and breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, out the front door to the right there is a street with loads of restaurants, it was really buzzing, great food.

Good central location. Lovely hotel

Great hotel very close to the historic town of Biarritz and surfing beach. Staff were friendly. Food at the hotel was decent, although room service is limited. The pool has no shade and very hot - would be nice if the hotel provided a few umbrellas on the rooftop!
5.0
Great location and the rooftop pool was fab! Bedrooms are a good size, bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a revamp but the view and location makes up for it.

Stayed three nights. Great location and service. However the property was a little rough and especially the air conditioning gave off a grinding sound a few minutes every hour. which was annoying and was not or could not be fixed. Which also happened at night and kept waking me up.
1.5
Hotel that requires updating the interior, very tired feel to the place and wiondows at fromnt not very sound proof from noise outside

With a Raddison you expect quality. In fairness the staff were excellent and no problem there, the hotel though is falling apart. Panes of glass broken, doors falling apart, retro bathrooms, uneven paving, unpainted walls. Bar food options dreadful and astonishingly over priced. Capex urgently required

Location is good. Walkable to city center. Hotel premium room is nice but has few socket points. Roof top restaurant can do with some renovation especially the surrounding glass panels.
Reception friendly staff but a little inexperienced in giving advice on buses and day trips.

Awful! There was a motorbike rally on, unbeknown to us for the night we stayed. We feel we should have been advised when booking, or before we arrived, giving us the option to change hotel,as bikes revving up and roaring up and down outside the hotel day and night, was hardly the quite trip we had planned. The hotel had many of the bikers staying at the hotel and they completely blocked the entrance and exit into the carpark and no one from the Hotel did nothing to assist other people staying there. Also the carpark ticket wasn’t validated properly causing even more problems getting out.also we had some sort of alarm sounding noise, that was intermittently going off all through the night ( possibly faulty aircon) which even when switched off kept going. We complained to the receptionist but she just smiled, ignored our complaints and took the 30 euro a night carpark fee. Did not even offer to waive it. Not my idea of good customer service.

Nice hôtel , large room, very well located in the heart of Biarritz and close to beaches
Nice buffet breakfast
Large rooftop terrace with pool with views over city and ocean

Stayed at Radisson Blue Biarritz for six nights in a superior room for a family vacation. The room was very spacious and kept very clean. The view from the room was very nice, partial sea view. The room is in need of renovation, especially the wall-to-wall carpet. But I did not find the room to be too bad, e.g. the mattress, pillows and bed linens were good and there was adequate storage space for clothes and shoes. The bathroom looked unfashionable but it was very spacious and clean, nothing broken. The general appearance of the public areas of the hotel is nice, except the halls leading to rooms are very outdated, change of carpets and painting of walls is really needed.
The restaurants of the hotel were very good, loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. We dined in Transat two times and really liked the food. The service in the hotel was excellent everywhere, in reception, restaurants, bars, everyone was professional and friendly. The pool area was nice, but the water was too warm for my taste, like a bath tub, and there was no shade.
We loved Biarritz very much, the scenery and architecture were lovely. We walked around a lot and had good food in many places. We also visited San Sebastian by bus and St.-Jean-de-Luz by train, very nice day trips.

The service here was surprisingly awesome! Sometimes when I travel in a Europe I feel like they aren’t super accommodating- but here at Radisson- they were superb!

Good location, good facilities, somewhat pricy

Comfy hotel, great location for restaurants, market, surf. Breakfast expensive though.

Nice and friendly staff but the room was rather out-dated, especially bathroom. Then again, looking at the cost per night I'd say it was good value for money.
