This was not my choice for this hotel. We stayed in a King Suite. The "living room" had a sofa (with stains) 1 chair, 2 small ottomans to sit or use as a table. Fridge and sink with a small table and chairs to eat at.
The bedroom had a bureau and night stands with a 45" TV. No channel guide in the room but I called the front desk and I could pick one up there. The bed was comfortable but no headboard, a mural was behind the bed with some type of coating to make it washable. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, the bath was a jetted tub but I wouldn't didn't feel comfortable using it. The tub was very deep with no grab bar, a little hard getting in. The shower was strong but a little water build up on shower head didn't look good.
They are cutting back on changing towels and sheets and only change them every 3rd day of your stay unless you ask.
The breakfast was basic but limited protein option. There were 2 waffle stations to make yourself. Cold cereal choices, breads, apples and oranges, yogurt, just basic. There is an iHop in front of the hotel for more options.

Check in was fine front desk very helpful and courteous. Room was ok. The tv did not work, but since I got there later did not watch tv. Bed was comfortable, but pillows not so much. The free breakfast was more s continental style, hard to find things what they had to offer, I did not stay for breakfast. And using a room for one night was rather expensive

This is not a high-end hotel, but they delivered high end service. The front desk agent who greeted me on Wednesday night 10.9. was friendly, polite, confident and pleasant. The atmosphere is clean and no interruptions and annoyance. It was a calm and tranquil time with an excellently clean environment. They serve brrakfast that is more than continental and have free coffee and chocolate 25/7 for coffee drinkers. The hotel is in a convenient location where busses and ubers are easily accessible and with a gas station that has a wawa like food bar. Theres also a small plaza or mall next to the hotel with the giant store and banks, smoke shop and up the street theres papajan and a Mexican restaurant. It is value for money.

Clean this was not a priority in this hotel when I checked in, there was a big stain in my bedsheet, which they couldn’t do anything about it because the staff have gone in my 10 day stay my room was only cleaned twice. The furniture was old. The carpet was not clean answers. It was a pet friendly property. Dogs in different rooms were rocking at each other so he felt like a pet store. I’ve seen 1000 hotels i’ve never seen anything like it

Very disappointed have stayed here before and this was the worst experience. Elevator took five minutes to come and door didn’t close for several minutes would not have minded and taken the stairs but we were on the fourth floor and after a long day not something I wanted to do. so it always took a long time to get to and from room. Housekeeping the first night looked like a five year old made the bed. Sheets just tossed up and bedspread just thrown on bed. It was a mess and towels in bathroom were tossed on shelf and messy. Was only a started roll of toilet paper and not replaced. The second day the room wasn’t touched at all and no new towels or toilet paper. Only one ice maker was working in lobby all others were out of order. People hanging out outside looked like the live there. Back door of hotel is not locked anyone can enter hotel and no one would know. Several people sat inside at tables and didn’t look like guests.

Please book early if you are going to the Penn State University area so you don’t have to stay here! Hotel smelled sometimes like pot and other times like mold depending where you were! Housecleaning was non existent! Room was untouched by house cleaning for all three days we were there even after staying one night and coming back to the room to find it untouched (beds unmade, no new towels and garbage full) and asking them to clean the room while we were gone. Do NOT stay at this place as there are way better options you just have to plan ahead and book in advance. Worst place I have ever stayed!
