The location. Less than 15 minutes to anywhere we needed to go for graduation weekend.
The room was profoundly dusty, setting off allergies. The one window let in almost no light. The thermostat did not allow for a Fan mode, so the stale dusty air sat in your throat unpleasantly. The general manager on the final day of our stay was unnecessarily inflexible when we asked for a few minutes more in our room so we could get a hike in in the morning.

There was a small issue with my credit card upon check-in, 6/18. I called my bank, they confirmed the $580.00 charge had gone through, my bank wondered why Marriott kept swiping the card. Not a problem we got it cleared. I received a very nice call the next day from the Marriott front desk confirming the credit card issue was cleared the full $580.00 charge went through and they apologized and thanked me for my patience. Then when we tried to check out on 6/20 the front desk clerk said she charged the full $580.00 charge yet again and my card declined and she would need another card immediately. I called my bank they asked for Marriott to STOP!!!!! The full $580.00 charge had been applied and approved upon check-in on 6/18, and again on 6/19. My account was locked due to Marriott’s constant application of the card…..maybe 6 or 7 times in all. Ugh!!!! Luckily I had cash on me because my card was of no use the entire weekend.

Location was great. The room was spacious enough for the family to sleep comfortably.
The only thing I didn't like, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so the floor was soaked after every shower.

A fun comfy place for my family to rest and play. Great location, a basketball court to get our energy out, swimming, a hot breakfast, a clean place to relax and …a bonus…cute pups to enjoy at check in!!
Not one thing. Everything was wonderful!

Good location and friendly staff.
It was overpriced for the amenities and room.

Breakfast was very good & the location was ideal for what our plans were.
I didn't realize house keeping didn't come in the room daily to clean due to COVID, but when I needed something the staff took care of it.
