2nd time here. A very nice hotel. This time I made sure I had time to use the spa!

We didn’t know there was a Christmas party happening when we booked and the music was so so loud and lasted until midnight. We came for a quiet night away so it would’ve been nice to know and we’d have booked somewhere else.
Heating went off in the middle of the night and couldn’t turn it back on and it was freezing. No hot water in the morning. Bed was very uncomfortable with thin duvet and thin pillows. Room very dated.

Very nice hotel. Staff were excellent. A large gym and pool/spa that I regret not having the time this time to make use of, but I will if I'm back here again.

It was really nice. Staff are very helpful
Only one complaint the heating made a horrendous noise in number 107 so we had no sleep till after 12.30 am and woke by the noise again at 6am

Lovely welcome and use of spa a real bonus. Room no 9 is spacious and full of character. One night stay perfect for accessing Bristol Airport.
Staff really lovely. Thank you.

We had no hot water for the shower in the morning...also the room we were given must of been below a stairway or similar because it was very very noisy

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of no where, the only downside is the various stairs to encounter.

Staff friendly and helpful, but the room was poky (looked out directly on a grass bank!) and too hot. Had a poor night's sleep owing to noises off - noisy pipework, comings and goings in the corridor etc. Food really indifferent and poor value. For the superb location - and for Best Western - I would have expected something much better

A great stay. We were already aware of the numerous quirky hallways and stairs. Yes, it is easy to lose your way.
The breakfast was nice. Dinner - mine wasn’t great. I ordered mushroom pancakes! Avoid. Chewy and tasteless. But our daughter said the burger was the best she had ever had.
Our view was pretty bad- looking into a waste area. However, the room was lovely and everything was clean. They have a kettle and biscuits in the room.
Beautiful surroundings. Loved the pool and sauna.

As we have experienced Best Western hotels which were always excellent, I assumed, wrongly The Webbington would be on a par. First of all it should be called ‘Stairs Galore!’ Far too many stairs: the leisure area was well fitted, but if our bedroom was a ‘Superior room!’ I would hate to see what a standard room was like! It was my Birthday, and quite frankly I should have booked a Holiday Inn which would have been 100% better. Whomever the franchisee is who bought the hotel, he knows how to charge without doing anything to support the amount of money for rooms that are not up to speed. The balcony door was completely warped so the bolt didn’t align and door wouldn’t lock. It overlooked a quiet area & I didn’t feel safe. We told reception who responded with: ‘It is safe here, we don’t even have CCTV in the car park!! That didn’t give my husband and me any confidence at all! Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but it doesn’t mean it’s a safe haven! Also in a so-called superior room with a superior price tag there should have been tissues, shower cap, miniature toiletries. There was absolutely nothing at all! Just a measly tiny round soap & 2 half filled shower gel & wash. The bathroom windows were horrid, & needed to be replaced. So I was very disappointed.

A fairly comfortable stay but the restaurant food is so-so and there were a few bugs in the hotel room floor carpet. The lock to my door was faulty so it took 20 minutes to resolve when I checked in.

Lovely location. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant.
Our room was a little out of the way, involving 3 flight or stairs, but it was comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a nice location. However, the hotel is in desperate needs of renovation. The rooms and corridors are very tired and dated.
The walls are very thin so every noise travels. I was lucky as during the week it was quite quiet but i can imagine if you had noisey neighbours it could be bad.
The views from the hotel are just lovely and it was in the perfect location for my meeting.
