I was attending a conference at UW-Stout. The hotel is across the street from the university and it has great access to the quaint Menomonie downtown. My room was nice and quiet. The only downside was that the breakfast didn't offer much fresh fruit, just an apple or banana, and oatmeal was only available in instant oatmeal packets. But, that's normal in the upper Midwest. Lots of processed meat, not much fruit or grains.

Went in for breakfast with a bunch of the group that i was with, about 10 of us and there was no hot food ready even though it was still 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time. Did not appear that they were making more or had anyone checking on the breakfast. Also addional charge for damage that was not explained to me but just charged to my card without me knowing.

We stayed in a suite and the pull-out bed was terrible. No one paying for a suite should have to feel the springs and crossbars.

Very friendly staff.... Nice breakfast in the morning. Beautiful view of the nice city.... The mattress pad and sheets are very easy to come apart from the mattress.. They said that they have heard complaints regarding that before. You basically can't sit on the bed without the mattress pad and sheet from the top of the bed... Coming apart and you are continually readjusting....... 🔥 Other than that... Everything's great

Brook went above and beyond to make sure our room was where we were requesting. Kudos to great Brook for fabulous service. The room was wonderful but the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed and we had to get up several times to put the fitted sheet back on.

What a little gem of a hotel! We were driving through the area and needed a place to stay for the night. We took a chance on this brand we were unfamiliar with because we could get a room that sleeps 6 (we have four kiddos). It was lovely- clean, super comfy beds, friendly staff, nice decor and lots of breakfast options. We even took a little walk in the morning and checked out the local area a bit. Would highly recommend!

The room was very clean and nice. No hand soap in bathroom and air conditioner was very loud and kept me up most of the night. Staff was very friendly. Great location near campus.
