It was convenient to the train station. Staff was pleasant enough. Not comfortable - it’s very cramped, can hear people talking and walking in adjacent areas and rooms. Very noisy.

This was our second time to stay here. Both stays were wonderful. Besides the convenience of being so close to St.Pancreass Kings Cross this property is clean! Take note, the rooms are small and there isn't an elevator. They were willing to help with our bag, but we didn't need it. If you keep those things in mind you will have a lovely stay.

Lovely staff, nice reception area, single room was small but adequate and very clean.

Chose this for proximity to train station. Small room. No elevator. Good bed. Wonderful staff. Had to carry suitcases up and down for storage. Fine if you just need a quick place to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looked well maintained. As a solo traveller my room was very small but comfortable and enough for a night or two stay. The location not far from KIngs Cross was a bonus

The hotel has no lift and although I had booked early and asked for as few steps as possible, I was put on the 2nd floor.
Unfortunately the hotel was full however, I was offered a hand taking my luggage up but the stairs were difficult for me to negotiate given I have a painful knee

This is a small hotel in an outstandingly convenient location in London - across from Kings Cross station. This makes it easy and inexpensive to reach from the airport and easy to go anywhere else in the city or country. The rooms are small (as expected) but clean and the staff was wonderful! The surrounding neighborhood had great dining and shopping as well.

Good location, with stairs need to carry your suitcase up to the room, will be a problem if you have a lot of suitcases, otherwise is fine. Room with heater warm enough, as it was snowing on the day I stayed, was freezing cold outside. Close to station / food shops. Shower pressure a little bit weak but warm enough, not a problem unless you’re 6ft tall over maybe?!

It's a bit confusing checking in because you don't always get a room in the same building as where you check in. Walls and doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything around you within the building. Outside noise, not so much. Extremely close to King's Cross which is fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, it was a decent place for being so centrally located

The Internet was spotty. Had to leave room to go downstairs near the modem to download movies. No live streaming. The toilet runs you have to lift up the lid.

Great location very close to St Pancras. Great for onward travel. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds clean and comfortable. Some areas of wear on bed frames and TV signal wasn’t the best on lower ground floor but great Wi-Fi connection. Kettle and hairdryer and en-suite shower all working well.

Hotel is conveniently located across from St Pancras station, just a 2min walk. We were put into a room in the basement with window facing the street. It was a bit inconvenient to carry our large luggage up and down the stairs. Room was clean and tidy with kettle, small closet, and bathroom is reasonably sized.
It got noisy quite early on as we were so close to the station, but for just one night stay before we left London, it was very convenient. Check out time is a bit early at 11am but we were able to leave the luggage and pick up later which was very helpful.

Great location, very close to Kings Cross station. Fine for a place to sleep if on a busy business trip.

I had a basement room which i assume was in the vicinity of the sewage outflow, so the smell the first night was questionable. However, for location, price, service of staff, and value it was good.

The shower water pressure are too weak. Other than that, everything are just fine regarding its price!

The location was excellent for my needs, very close to St.Pancras Station.
Room and stairwells were clean, recently painted and well kept up.
Room is minimalist (small) but comfortable bed. Overall good value for the price.

Great location for our trip on the Eurostar later in the week. It was hot when we stayed and there is no air con so we needed the window open at night which made it a little noisy. Not so bad you couldn't sleep but was woken a couple off times with sirens due to the location close to central London. We were given room one which was a twin. The room was compact but fine for our needs (we basically slept and showered there) and the en-suite shower was tiny. These were minor quibbles as the place was so close to St Pancras with tube services into central London. the hotel staff were polite and friendly, with really easy check in and out. Snack and breakfast boxes were available if needed, but there was a Costa 2 mins walk away as well as a Burger King.

Simple, clean, no fuss, small room but inexpensive and great for a one night stopover. Only a couple of minutes from St Pancras Station. I would definitely book again.
