I really liked the location of this property as it was close to where I needed to be. It also has a restaurant which was a plus.
However the hotel rooms could use a bit of cleaning. My first room gave me a nasty headache as it smelled musty. My second room the shower room needed to be scrubbed it was gross. And the whole room smelled like Clorox. But I loved the front desk clerks they were very very accommodating and tried to meet my needs at the hotel.

A pretty poor stay. The room was dreadful. An AC that blew directly into the bed and could not be controlled, a constant green flashing light that lit up the room every half second, an uncomfortable will very limited bedding. WiFi required constant reconnection. Not good if you are there in business. Booked for 6 nights but checked out after the first night. Staff didn’t care.

We asked for an extra bed, most places will give you one for free or for a small charge. This hotel doesn’t do that. It is sad.

The following are the pointers on why you should avoid this hotel:
1) Upon arriving early, I did requested an early check in if possible however the receptionist mentioned that check in could only be done at 3pm therefore I wandered around the area until 1.30pm to reach back to the hotel. At the hotel I waited at the lobby sofa area as I’m still early but to my surprise is that there were two travellers able to check in with ease. Once the travellers checked in, the receptionist reluctantly told me that they can help me to do the check in.
2) Once they processed the check in, they told me that at my floor level 30. The lift up & down button is spoilt therefore will need to call the receptionist from the hotel room in order to go down which is really a hassle.
3) In the hotel room, I’m shocked to see that there were only 1 bathing towel (even though I booked the room for 2 pax) with no floor mat which is a slip trip fall hazard, not only that all this were not available. The hotel room fridge was not in too & the receptionist confirmed that it’s a false advertisement as shown in the Expedia apps.
By the way, the room that I booked was a deluxe room. It was such a bad experience that I checked out on the day (at evening time) that I checked in. To Expedia, do kindly look into this seriously to advertise what is the actual services that the hotel can provide

The room was not clean. Requests to more towels was only met after a lot of arguing. You need to call the lobby for them to send the lift up because the button or something does not work.
Breakfast is advertised as available but there is none. This hotel is too expensive for what they are offering. I have had way better for much less here in the Philippines.

Are they perfect? no, but who is? The staff was amazing. If something wasn/t right (hot water), they reset it to work just fine quickly. They cleaned the suite daily with a smile, and everyone gave a welcome home feeling. If we were gone and they cleaned they turned off AC... Small inconvenience, but i understand caring about environment and applaud them.
Now the bathroom could use a remodel, but overall a clean, bug free place to stay, with a warm caring can-do staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
24hr/7day doorman and locked lobby for security, and an incredible whole food organic restaurant adjoined to the hotel.

The room is specious and comfortable. Staff members are friendly. One problem was the elevator. I stayed on the 17th floor. The button to call the elevator to go down didn't work. People on the floor had to push button for going up. If you were lucky, no one was on it and you could smoothly go down. If you were not, you needed to go up with them. After they got off, you could finally go down, which was quite annoying. However, I enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I visit Makati.

Love the front desk people. They were awesome, especially the door guys. They were very attentive and answered a lot of my questions. There was not too much to be unhappy about. It's a great place. Will stay there again

Wonderfully spacious rooms. The King Studio came with a tub and shower, a kitchenette including plates, silverware, glasses, microwave, electric burner, and a electric tea kettle. Great location and affordable. I will definitely come back.

What state is infinity hotel for five days in that time I thought the restaurant/coffee shop was excellent. I thought the service I’m room service for cleaning of the rams was very poor. At anyone time. They could’ve been up to 9 staff behind the front counter, and no one knew what was going on, very very poor, they obviously need a senior person to kick them in the shape. Just because you have eight young ladies behind the counter, all of them on their phones another them, knowing what problems there are absolutely me up, amazed me, at the same time I was into different rooms both times. The toilets didn’t work correctly. It was near impossible to flush the toilets , the linen was basically worn out, and quite often after room service. They would even forget the towels or put in one towel only. And as for only having one lift working, why question is will it stay like that for the rest of the buildings life,? I was actually intrigued, you come to this hotel nice for you lots of staff, but the rooms weren’t really clean and as for the inside of the Lift floor look like it never been cleaned and everyone’s using a lift. Why can’t it be clean properly ? It is just a typical Philippines hotel manpower coming out everywhere, but not being utilised. Obviously management needs to have a good hard look or maybe a different nationality of management needs to be put in place someone with some serious experience. Finally i Would stay there again, mainly because the size of the rooms
