It’s my last time stopping g here. It keeps getting run down and no improvements are ever noticed. Food in the fridge from previous guest, room dusty and shower handle falling off.

Our room was cheap and for that reason I would say it was decent for the price. It wasn’t anything nice or fancy though. The room was very spacious and we loved the tub but there were few amenities, crappy, half full bath products, peeling wallpaper. We did order room service and the food was delicious

Didn’t check in. Was told had water problems on several floors. Didn’t know when problem would be fixed just wait in lobby till called. Offered no compensation. Arrived at 7pm room was to be ready at 4pm. At 8pm still no word. There was ppl that had been waiting 3hrs or more.

The hotel smells like cigarettes. The room smelled terrible. Carpets stained. Nothing was open. Noodle Bar was outrageous in price. There are much better options elsewhere.

We never got a room and they wouldn’t let us cancel even though at 8:45 PM they still did not have a room ready for us and I had my kids with me who needed to go to the room and sleep. So we were forced to get another room at another hotel because they couldn’t tell us how much longer we would have to wait!!! It is unacceptable that the room not be ready that late at night!! And why let me make the reservation at 5pm if you don’t have rooms when check in is at 3pm

Disturbance beginning at 2:30 am, women screaming at each other had to call security several times. The language was terrible all night long. Nothing was done to these people.

Check in for our two rooms was supposed to be 4pm. Neither of the rooms were ready. They downgraded 1 of our rooms due to the fact that we had a 5 month old with us with no real way to sit and wait a couple of hours. This was helpful, but it required downgrading our room.

I tried to call Hotels.com for the past two days to try and cancel. I clicked the button originally and then when I saw this day was still there. I continue to try to call. I got a great rate, but had a family emergency and knew what I would not be able to go. Please remove these charges or please call me at 918-520-7919.

Broken escalator. Broken elevators. (Got stuck in one; got hand slammed in one door). Missing screws at top of brass panels inside elevators. Buttons for floors stuck so couldn’t get to our floor on one of them. Light up panels inside elevators to show the floor above doors falling crooked.
Key cards would not work after three times of rekeying. Maintenance couldn’t fix. Needed that room handicapped and couldn’t get in. Wanted the same floor but had to be in a non handicapped room which made things a little more difficult.
Machines would not take player’s cards. Needed a shower after every casino visit because of terrible cigarette smoke ventilation.
6th floor elevator landing smells like urine.
Needs some money and love thrown at it.
Waitstaff in restaurant first floor, and the food, were awesome.

When we arrived at 7:50 pm to check in they said the room was still being cleaned and it would be a while until we told them we had a pet with us that had been left off our reservation on their sight. Then they have us a room. The toilet was running when we got in here, one of dresser drawers is broken and so is the phone in the room. Then at 1am we have a person breaking into our room and luckily the locks were on or they would have gotten all the way in on a mix up from front desk and check in. Very terrifying and scary.

One-night stay at the beginning of a 3-week road trip…excellent accommodations. We try to hit as many casino hotels as we can so we can play a little; and have a lit luxury once in a while.

The room was in good condition with the exception of the noise the toilet made when it was flushed. The bedding and the air conditioning were both good. On Saturday the hotel lost usage of all the elevators with the exception of one and it remained like yhat the majority of the day. Then again on Sunday morning the elevators were not working again. Two of the four were not working prior to check out time. The staff at the front desk were trying to be courteous as they could be. Being able to access the garage from the second floor was a benefit as it cut down on the need of going down to the lobby and having to entertain other client's of the hotel, the Casino and the restaurants on the main concourse.

The only restaurant open downstairs, which is right across from the desk absolutely horrible. Had dinner there. I couldn’t eat that the next morning for breakfast. I got spoiled milk, dirty silverware. And decided not to eat the breakfast at all. This has gone downhill considerably I will not stay here again. Only because of the restaurant.
