Rude employees, dirty rooms, not worth the money

I liked the area

It was dirty, had no toilet paper so we had to use their tissue box. There was stains on the bedding and the bathtub was dirty. The staff was rude about a policy that was not listed on the booking app and argued with me even when I showed them the list myself. Would not recommend definitely waisted my money. The lock on the door also looked as if it had been busted in

The bathroom was not clean, dirty towel on the floor, hot water would not turn off. The sheets were dirty or stained.

I was very scared and uncomfortable I felt disgusting just being in there.

The clerk was very friendly. Checking in was easy. And he made me feel comfortable.

The first room was absolutely horrible. It smelled bad the tub was disgusting and the walls was dirty. I had to go asked for another room I traveled 4 hours and I was tired. The clerk was nice he gave me another room this one wasn’t much better. I took a shower with my shoes on. Holes on the furniture the head board was broken and the sheets had holes I laid on top of the covers because I was afraid to lay under them I was so ready for morning to come so that I could leave. This hotel need a serious update it’s disgusting and I will never recommend going there.

It was something else.

The staff and our parking spot.

Room 212. The card reader for door. The TV that didn’t work. The smoke detector was missing. Base boards in bathroom were missing. Electrical tape on the shower head. The bathtub was a total train wreck.

Going to the casino

The hotel rooms are horrible. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The rooms were unpleasant. I stayed at this location about 5 years ago and it's not the same.

The location

The housekeepers skipped my room during the first day of cleaning and refused to come back to take the trash out. I was given a trash bag by management and told to take my own trash out. The 2nd day, the housekeepers came so late, I cleaned the room myself. The manager of the hotel was drunk. The shower was dirty the first stay. The room smelt terrible.

book just to get in pool & there was no pool . The tub was sooooo filty it was ridiculous! & it was urnine already in the toilet when we checked in our room which shows poor hous cleaning .

If the bug problem is resolved we would stay there again as it met the purpose of a place to sleep

The staff was friendly and the ac worked. The location was perfect for our purpose since we were in town for the airshow

We saw roaches in our room within the first hour of being there. The breakfast could have been a little better, and the bathroom was TINY

I asked them to charge my Discovery card & they charged it & my bank card, we seen a cockroach in the room & some other bug,so gross,won't stay there again!!!!

I’ll never stay here again ! ghetto!!!!!

nothing !!!! the only good thing was the location!

Dirty !!! shower was full oh hair and a dirty was cloth. Only one towel and no wash clothes ! Didn’t feel save from all the men outside our room. Woken up at 7 am from kids crying and yelling ! Do not recommend at all. not worth the price !!!

Don't Waste Your Money. Awful Hotel!

Absolutely nothing

For a La Quinta, this place was awful. We had two rooms booked. The rooms are run down and not clean. The sheets were thin and worn out. The smoke detectors had been ripped off the walls and tossed in the drawer in one room, completely missing in the other. Half the light bulbs were missing in both rooms and in one room, a bulb had been marked on with a marker, making the light really dim. We tried talking to the front desk clerk but she did not.care at all. Breakfast is muffins and bagels and cereal. Nothing fresh. Do not waste your money!!

I checked in and left once I seen had the room was I didn’t even stay there 20 mins. Don’t waste your time and money.

it was horrible roaches in the toilet and had this horrible odor and it was drug addicts everywhere just roaming the parking lot.
