Great hotel in the center of the village. Excellent breakfast buffet and dining. Rooms are tastefully renovated and a mix between modern and traditional Swissness. Great hotel for hiking and exploring. Staff is very friendly and service oriented.

Really nice location, very central. Hotel is clean, charming and cozy. Rooms are comfortable, the in-house restaurant offers local food options (tasty!). Really close to a small lake with some fun activities, including mini golf. Also very close to a mechanic stair that brings to the ski area ropeway.

Check in and check out were swift. The bar is nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast is good quality and the staff is very accommodating and nice. First floor rooms wull have some noise from the restaurant below until like midnight.

I was the only customer of this little very well situated hotel. When I came back at night, it was like entering my own house. The area is great, you can go anywhere walking form the hotel and it's full of restaurants around. A very decent breakfast and a good Internet wifi connection in all the premises.

The staff was really helpfull all along the stay. The restaurant in the hotel is perfect and the breakfats is really fresh. The best hotel-breakfast I had for a very long time! Thank you for everything.

The hotel has recently been renovated and combines the feel of a traditional chalet downstairs with all the facilities of a modern establishment in the rooms. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The position of the hotel in the centre of Crans Montana means that everything is on the doorstep. Guests at the hotel receive a 10% discount on all food and drink bought in the hotel, which meant we ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a typical Swiss menu.
