A wonderful stay. Very nice hotel and service. Everything was excellent - rooms, service, pool/spa, breakfast, location, tennis courts - except for dinner service which held a surprisingly low standard compared to our impression of the stay as a whole.

We were superhappy with our stay in Cesta Grand! The food was delicious, I truly recommend the half board for everyone. The breakfast buffee was huge: delicious cheeses, sparkling wine, a lot of fruits (one day there was even mangos available!), eggs in different styles, etc... We are gluten-free and a lot to eat for us, too. The hotel rents good e-bikes with cheaper prices than external providers. The spa is also nice: only one basic, but quite big inside pool, but 3 saunas and big relaxation area. Also sunbeds outside. Gym is also better than in most of the hotels.

Handy location. Some distance from the ski lifts but easily reached with the ski-bus. Clean and large room but situated next to the stairs and a little noisy. Breakfast and dinner excellent quality and organized.

Very impressive hotel in a spectacular location with excellent swimming and health facilities, very tasty breakfast and a lovely nearby local restaurant. A nice stopping point for travelling in Austria before putting the car on the train for Mallnitz.

They are very slow in everything- to clean the table in the breakfast area took half hour. They are very nice peoples. The room wasn’t so clean, and the beds wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

Excellent hotel with beautiful Mountain View, easy access. Nice staff, good breakfast, nice dinner menu. Clean n spacious room, nice spa. Would love to come again if revisiting.

The best hotel I have ever been. We are 100% satisfied. Can't really find a reason why it is not a 5 stars hotel. The room was awesome, we were amazed by the atmosphere and the cleanliness. The SPA area is amazing, well maintaned with a wide rane of activities. Staff was friendly and cheerful. We hope to be back soon!

Too comfortable stay in the magnifucient nature of Bad Gastein. It was short but we were very joyfull to be at Cesta Grand Hotel. Very good Hotel and Staff.
