This was the Best Experience I have ever had at a hotel. Guaranteed I will return.

We stayed at Club quarters for a week while visiting Ny. The hotel is a little tired but extremely comfortable beds, and great service. Our room was larger than average for NY and plenty of storage. Very good value for money.

It's a great location and overall better than most of the other hotels in the west side of lower Manhattan. There are several issue that need improvement: heating system is difficult to control as it has some "built-in" timing which prevents heating the room during the day so that one can't arrive at a heated room. The hallways are noisy and the doors closing have very loud locks that can wake one up when a neighbor arrives. There can be long lines to reach the coffee machines in room adjacent to the lobby.
On a positive note, the staff is welcoming and attentive to one's need for repair of issues in the room and any questions one has. Maid service is excellent.

I cannot get over how amazing my experience was with this stay. Everything from the view, location, comfort! 5 stars all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were superb, and easy access to EVERY subway we needed via the oculus! We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the water AND the 9/11 memorial. Sounds dramatic, but I literally almost cried when I saw the view. The ONLY thing I would say to improve is the shower head. The water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me.

Great hotel very well located near transportation and lots of shopping, restaurants and all. The staff was welcoming and helpful, there was a nice lounge area where to get coffee, tea and water. Only downsides: the AC was loud in the room and the mini fridge didn't work, which didn't bother us much. I will likely return!

My two children needed more blankets at night and the front desk wouldn’t give us more than two. After making sure the room air was shut off and trying to sleep without, I very angrily asked again for another blanket. This time we were given one more blanket. It shouldn’t have been an item to withhold and cause stress to hotel guests.

Excellent location at World Trade Center area, and the view of Saint Nicholas Orthodox Shrine was breathtaking at night. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation and it wasn’t listed as such. Plus some things didn’t work like nearly all the outlets in the room. The affiliated garage nearby couldn’t handle SUV. Overall good stay. The train was a 5 minute walk.

Our go to hotel when staying in NYC. Amazing views of 911 memorial park, a very short walk to Battery Park waterfront, and just a short subway ride to Times Square. The hotel management and staff are very friendly and courteous.

Great location, nearby the Red subway line, and close to parking if needed.
For NYC, the hotel is great, only those are “NYC standards”, not to be compared to “rest of USA standards “. Meaning? Meaning everything is more narrow : entrance, elevators, corridors … and the room itself. To be expected, if you stayed in NYC often.
Only negative : the bed I was sleeping in was literally 3-4 ft from the room door. Since our neighbor door was immediately next to ours, every late evening , every early morning, i was hearing their door closed quite loudly. It’s the way it was. Not the fault of the hotel, but the fact everything is narrow brings these unwanted situations. Not much you can do here…

The bathroom mirror door was cracked. I called for toilet paper 3x over 3 hours and had to go to the desk to ask again. I was tild that they were busy. There was not a housekeeper or anyone to empty garbage or provide towels. Bathroom had chipped paint on the doors. I paid close to 800 for 2 nights of a subpar hotel that was supposed to be a great hotel

Stayed in a Junior Suite for myself, my partner and my teenage son so he could have the sofabed room and some privacy.
When we checked-in, the sofabed was not set up and we had to ask to get pillows and a blanket.
We had to ask three times for the room to be cleaned as by the 3rd day of a 5 night stay, we hadnt had fresh towels, fresh coffee or even a toilet paper top-up.
Aircon was very unbalanced...freezing in the sofabed room and no effect by the main bed.
Kitchenette was fine but no washing-up liquid and throwaway paper cups for all the coffee which seemed very wasteful!
No coat hooks by the door and very few places to hang clothes/towels to air out.
Comfy bed and nice toiletries.

Loved our room. Had a small suite, which for NYC, was very spacious. Walking distance to World Trade Center. Lots of activity. Very comfortable and convenient.

I pre-paid for the room specifically at the World Trade Center due to planned activities there. Day of my check-in I was informed that there was no room for me but that they would put me in midtown, separating me from the rest of my group and activities. Incurred multiple taxi expenses for repeated trips to WTC. In short, very disappointed.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I really enjoy how convenient it is as well as being quiet for NYC. Really cozy space and would recommend staying here if you can!

We’ve stayed here a number of times before. We were not given the view we’d requested as we were told those rooms were “sold out” Also, the roof top deck we’d enjoyed on previous visits was closed for renovations. Had we known that prior to booking we may have gone elsewhere.
