Very basic, opportunity to offer more comfort. Bathrooms could be upgraded, curtains could have a block out to prevent the sunlight to get through. Reception could have city maps and more help contacting ground transportation, as the car service vehicles are restricted in the block.

We chose the hotel because of his proximity to the airport. It’s on the less than 10 minutes walking so it is super convenient. however, there’s really nothing in the area in terms of dining or even shopping. The shared garden is beautifully manicured and the morning breakfast was perfectly adequate. We stayed in room 6 which has three single beds because it was the only one available at the time of booking. The room would benefit from being done up (squashed mosquitos on the walls), it is poky and airless. the bathroom is also tired. Soaps and shampoo are very basic. From what we could see, the other bedrooms, especially the ones looking onto the garden looked much nicer.

Our first visit. We would definitely return. We had an early morning flight so greatly appreciated included breakfast as well as ride to the airport.
A lovely garden area to sit in during the evening with food delivered from local restaurants. All in all, a very positive experience. .

I arrived to Guatemala City very late in the evening. The villa is conveniently close to the airport; check- in was efficient and easy, and I was in my bed within minutes of getting there.
In the morning I woke up to the lushness outside.
It was so very refreshing.

We had late night flights into Guatemala City before heading into Antigua the next day. We arranged airport pickup and the driver and hotel were very accommodating to our late night flights with multiple delays. The included breakfast was delicious and all of the staff are kind and courteous.

The service from this hotel is top notch. It’s more of smaller bed and breakfast but they went above and beyond for me. I arranged for airport pickup and drop off. My incoming flight kept getting delayed. I kept communicating with Sergio from the hotel and he kept acknowledging that the taxi will pick me up from the airport. Well my flight was delayed once again, for a delay total of 5hrs, and Sergio himself picked me up from the airport because the driver had to go home. Breakfast is included. Everyone was so kind.

Very cute hotel close to the airport. Staff was great and transportation to and from the airport was included. It is in a gated hotel area behind a courtyard type wall so very secure.

I liked everything about it, except that my patio door did not have a lock that worked.
