The hotel is easy to find and close to the subway. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The available amenities are great. I was unable to use the spa due to my tattoos (which is a common thing in Japan) so i can not speak to that area.

It has a bar. The bar staff are kinda rude but overall great hotel. I like their public bath.

Really convenient as the hotel is across the street from Nishi Shinjuku Chome on the Toei line - a lot of other hotels are a bit of a hike from subway stops. Small rooms which are expected in Tokyo - pretty decent public bath - the coin operated laundry needs a bit of an upgrade - the dryers take multiple hours to dry clothes.

Super small rooms. We had thought, doesn't matter, we're not gonna be in the room anyway. But it's too small. No space for a suitcases and the air is terrible. We both had sore and dry throats all the while we stayed there

Close to the underground station. A variety of restaurants nearby. Onsen was nice to have.

APA in Nishishinjuku is really conveniently located near the train station, and so easily accessible! The conceirge staff were very helpful and multilingual, which really made checking in and asking questions so much easier. The rooms are cosy in size but clean, and we appreciated the laundry services and fresh towels and yukatas every day. Would definitely come back again!

We expected a small room, which is what it was, but well designed to make the most of the space. Missed having a wardrobe so meant living out of a suitcase as there were only a few hangers. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet despite a busy city location. A reasonable price in a great area makes this hotel a top recommendation!

Good stay overall , nearby Gochome Nishishinjuku station. However rooms are extremely small and you have hard time to move inside.

I know the rooms in Japan are small however I stayed in rooms more comfortable and bigger than this one. Metro station just across the street that’s very convenient. Spa was excellent

The problem was not about the room’s tiny size or mediocre location (my mistake). It was a bad experience because of old and bad-smelling carpets everywhere, of unfriendly and non-English speaking staff, the men were specifically on the verge of being rude. On my departure, they gave bad instructions to my taxi driver although I had shown them a photo and Japanese spelling of my bus stop to the airport. Alas, I was brought far from the required location. This cost me money and energy. Never again!

this hotel was clean, but don't have room service, only on then day 3. we stay only two nights.
The breakfast service was very good, despite was only one person attending all the customers. She did a wonderful work.

The room was pretty small by U.S. standards, but was well-equipped for our 6 night stay. The communal bath was very nice and was not very busy, so long soaks were possible. The self- serve laundry was inexpensive annd easy to us. We pre-paid for daily breakfast, and it waswee worth the cost. Not fancy, but lots of bothh Japanese and western options. Subway access was very close. If you haven't tried convenience stores in Japan for a good quality, low cost lunch!

small rooms yet very well accommodated. Great location a minute away from train station. Easy check in, check out and luggage storage. Decent amenities like razor, shower cap, hair elastic, pjs etc

The hotel really needs to teach the staff how to clean the rooms. We stayed for 12 days, and during these days the carpet in our room was not vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The chairs in the rooms were dirty. We asked the front desk to vacuum our room and clean the bathroom
(even mentioned what to clean and etc); however, not much a difference.
