Our stay at Kontaratos Studio & apartments on the beautiful island of Paros was absolutely lovely. The installations were clean, confortable and very well kept. George and Marianna, were more than great hosts and welcomed us with attention and hospitality.

Great place to stay and be close from the airport. The apartment is so big including a kitchen and a big balcony. The guy’s service, who attended us was impeccable. Happened to be a taxi’s strike the night before our flight and the guy came and gave us a ride early in the morning. Great apartment and service!

15 Mins walk from the ferry port or 5 mins taxi for 50 euros Easy check in and got upgraded to main floor unit with balcony, the owner is sweet and lots of stories to share. Quite street and safe neighourhood. NO complaints.

This was an amazing accommodation in a beautiful and quiet part of town. The beach is walkable and there are many food options around. George is so friendly and treats you like family. He even gave me a gift as I was leaving! I would recommend a stay here.

Lovely traditional accommodation with amazing panoramic terrace. Georgios was a wonderful host and we enjoyed speaking to him and he made us feel very welcome, helping with any queries. Situated a short walk off the main beach. Would love to return. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

This is a family owned property and you can tell. The owner, George takes great pride in his building and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. He was there to meet me on arrival , checked to see if I needed anything when I’d meet him during the day and made it his business to be there to say goodbye when I was leaving- even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir of my time in Paros. I had a lower level room with a shared balcony. The room was basic, very very clean, very quiet and overall perfect place to lay your head after a day exploring the island. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. This is an old school experience with the 5 star treatment.
Do yourself a favour, go stay at this spot- you will not be disappointed!!!

Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and George was an excellent host! The location is a bit out of the way from the rest of Parikia, especially if you'll be getting around on foot, but fortunately the surrounding area is fairly quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay at Kontaratos. The room was clean and has everything we needed and the owner, George, was very welcoming. There is no parking at the property, but we had no problem finding spots in the surrounding streets.

George was warm and welcoming from the first call! He easily provided us with walking instructions to the room from the port since we only had a couple carryons and backpacks. It’s located in a charming area along the port with several beaches and tavernas just a short step away. We stayed in the basement room since this was just a short stay prior to leaving, and admittedly I was worried when I initially booked the room. However, I would recommend it highly for anyone traveling that is looking for a budget friendly option. The room was spotless and had two beds to make a queen, the air conditioner worked lighting fast every evening when we got back to the room. The bathroom shower had great water pressure, which can be a challenge for anyone with super long thick hair. No worries here at all. We had a mini fridge and best of all, a washing machine in our unit. This was so valuable after our long weeks of traveling! There is a designated outdoor patio that you have plenty of room to enjoy outside or hang your clothes to dry.
George assured us many times he was just a call away if we needed anything at all, but it was such a nice and easy stay that we didn’t have to call on him at all.
Lastly- we rented a quad and there was plenty of room at night to park around d the building, which was helpful.
We would definitely come back and stay longer on our next trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kontaratos Studios & Apartments. The location was quite convenient as it was a short walk from both the beach and the main town, Parikia. The room was extremely clean (and cleaned once per day) and the amenities suited all of my needs. In addition, the apartment I stayed in was very secured and the surrounding environment was quiet. The host, George, was also very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely add this apartment complex to my favorites list and if I ever return to the Island of Paros I will surely reach out to George in an attempt to secure accommodation at this location.

Lovely place!
Beautiful spot! Walking distance from Parikia. Very clean and tidy. Everything you could need for your stay in Paros - washing machine, hair dryer, fridge etc. Giorgos is a fantastic host, always keen for a chat! And more than helpful with any problem that you may have. Dropped us to the port for no extra charge at the end of our stay too. Highly recommend!

Usually I’m too lazy to leave reviews but we had such a great time at Kontaratos. It had all the facilities we need plus a few extras - washing machine (handy when you’re on a long holiday) plus an outdoor courtyard to relax and read. It was so clean I thought it was a new hotel!
Giorgos and Marianna were very hospitable and approachable. They clearly put a lot of work into running the hotel. We sent our ferry arrival times a few days in advance and Giorgos picked us up. He gave us clear instructions on where to meet. They even gave us a little magnet as a memento of our stay in Paros. How nice is that?!
I would recommend this place to travellers aged 30+ who are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
