We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting with a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with VIP treatment, including welcome drinks and flower garlands, which made us feel special. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive via the Hotels.com app, making communication seamless. We were also able to arrange rooms on the same floor, which made it much easier to stay connected. We booked a family suite with a sea view, and it didn’t disappoint—the view of My Khe Beach was stunning. As part of our booking, we also enjoyed complimentary high tea on our first day, which was a lovely touch. Though our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues with the rooms. The kettle wasn’t working, the TV signal went out for a couple of days, and one of the air conditioners had a malfunction. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve these problems. They were also kind enough to provide extra pillows upon request. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and was delicious. However, we would have appreciated more variety over the four days of our stay, as the options remained largely the same. One small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay.

I was in Da Nang on a student recruiting trip. The hotel was very nice. It was close to the beach, had great views from the balcony, and had an amazing rooftop infinity pool. The toilet seat was a little uncomfortable. I did really enjoy the afternoon high tea. The service overall was more than satisfactory. I would highly recommend TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach.

Hotel is a stone throw away from My Khe Beach, restaurants, massage /spa and nearby attractions. Highlight of my stay here was the rooftop pool that has an amazing view. Our room was upgraded for free which has partial view of the city and the beach. Exceptionally huge room, king size bed, see through glass bathroom, mini bar, balcony, friendly and helpful staff 24/7. I will stay here again in the future and will recommend to my friends.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price for our first trip to Da Nang. Very close to the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. Our room is large and has a balcony with both the city and the beach. Roof top bar was nice with a pool, which we never had the chance to enjoy, too many things to do during our short 3 days stay. Will have to utilise the roof pool on our next visit.

Nice Ocean view, but got only 8th floor even booked more than a month ago. Room quality is so so to me. Top floor swimming pool was not warm, kind of cold. Breakfast buffet is one of the thing we enjoyed a lot. Across the street was nice beach.

I travel a lot, and thus hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations of a 5 star hotel. The staff is incredible, literally knowing us by name and having an elevator waiting with our floor already selected. Just over the top service and I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to da nang

We have stayed in three different beach hotels in Da Nang, all were very good, but TMS is our favourite. This is our second stay in the past two months. The location on the beach is fantastic in beautiful Da Nang. The staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Rooftop infinity pool with amazing views, great breakfast, spa and gym. Cannot wait to return. Love it.

TMS hotel and their staff are exceptional. The service was like nothing i have experienced before. True customer service not just put on. The hotels location, amenities, spa and pool were amazing and delightful to use. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is great value. We had an amazing stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the beach and ocean that we all loved waking up to. The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids, and the panoramic views were simply stunning. The location is perfect with easy access to local attractions and multiple food options close by. Wonderful stay, right next to the beach. We really liked that the air conditioner does not blow over the bed, making you get a sore throat at night. Big, spacious room. Swimming pool on the top floor was not overly crowded... Buy 1 get 1 free Happy Hour at the roof top pool. Big clean spaces everywhere. Very polite staff.

Very good size room. Good design and layout. Hotel located near my khe beach and is at walking distance. Staff here are nice and courteous. Breakfast is alright and nothing to brag about. The only complaint I had for this hotel is the wifi is terrible and even unusable at certain times. Hope they upgrade the wifi or this would've been a 5 stars rating for me!
