Comfortable rooms, but noise travels easily through the hallways. Staff is mostly friendly. We were disappointed with the limited breakfast options. We did enjoy the Convenience of the 7 eleven and Starbucks next to the hotel.

Nice clean hotel but not amazing. Staff not particularly helpful, friendly or welcoming at all Room was an ok size. Shower head was terrible. Narrow stream too powerful it caused shower head to pivot all over and spray water everywhere Would stay again as location was good and rooms were fine overall

It was my 1st stay at this hotel and stayed 3 nights. The location is hart of Seoul, which is convenience for tourist for shopping and sightseeing for most people, except local people to pick up the hotel guests because of nonstop zone at hotel entrance. Room size and condition was OK. However, there is no bathtub curtain except 50 cm wide glass board to prevent water fly out from the bathtub that every time taking shower, and water splash out all over bathroom no matter how I adjust myself. It was very annoying and inconvenience. Also, there was only coffeemaker broken down when I and business partner went to have breakfast. They are not able to save any coffee, which they should have back up. On top of that, an attendance can’t speak any English and was not very helpful matter of fact she was rude in away. Lastly, slipper was not disposable, which I was very uncomfortable to use it. They or Expedia should notice on amenity that slipper is not disposable one. Overall rate for the price, I should put poor for the price.

Location quite good as near shopping and subway. But shower has no curtain so floor will be wet after shower. Bed is quite small, feels abit smaller than queen. Bedside has no charging point. Only 2 at work desk...making things inconvenient. No mirror in the room, only bathroom has. Remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

The room was actually quite small compared to what you see in the pictures and the smell of sewer around the hotel and in the bathroom was unbearable, we had to spray a lot of air freshener (which is provided in the room) and keep the door shut. Staff was a bit short, no smiles, no hello, straight to passport and credit card, which in a way is efficient but didn’t feel very friendly. Location wise, it is really close to everything, felt like we could get to wherever we wanted in under 30 minutes, whether it was by bus, subway, taxi or even walking.

Great location - accessible by transportation and walking. Staff was fine / nice but no service. No bell service & no help with luggage and when I ask for anything the answer was always no (still polite) but not helpful. Rooms were good sizes

This property is located at a prime location that is walkable and easy to do shopping and grab food. The main issue is that they turned off the AC for the rooms, due to it being "the winter season". Meaning, there is ZERO ventilation in the room and bathroom. It gets extremely humid and the only way to get some "fresh" air in, is to leave the door wide open. The room is quite small so be aware of that. Also, when you leave your luggage at the hotel, they leave it out in the open lobby, with no one monitoring it - so you risk someone going through it or taking things.

This hotel is located a stones throw from Myeong-dong market. Easy access to the metro. We had a connecting room which were quite compact but sufficient for our stay. We noticed cleaning was weak. Toiletries were not replenished. When i asked for shower gel and body moisturiser as ut gad not been topped ip i was told i would have to pay for it! I explained that the cleaning staff had not checked, then tgey provided them We reported loghts that needed to be replaced. This was not done. We came back after 5 days and put back in the same rooms and the lights still had not been changed! A shout out to Chris on the front desk was very helpful and friendly in organising our taxi to the airport. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We had a connecting room. 817-816 Cons: Beds are a bit hard for our taste. Floors are noisy to walk on. CC laundry dryers took 3 times to dry my loads 817 was not as air conditioned as 816 room 816 bathroom door doesn't close all the way so you can see someone showering if you look Pros: really nice hotel with signs of pride that they have no bed bugs in their rooms friendly staff easy walk to shopping and food currency exchange in the lobby Would reccommend this hotel

Very close to Myeongdong night market and river walk. We liked that there was room to have 2 carry on suitcases out without tripping on them. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The day staff that took stored our bags was helpful and friendly. The night staff that checked us in was quick to get us checked in, but not friendly. There was black stuff in the shower edges. The air conditioner only got to about 24 and you couldn’t get it any lower. It was difficult at times to get an elevator. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
