Our stay was Amazing! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were Awesome. Very comfy and welcoming. I’ll never stay at a different hotel. I’m 6 hours away but if I’m there for a visit I’ll definitely come back. Thank you kitchen staff as well. You guys were cleaning and providing great service. I tried to give a shout out via the site but only saw two names listed. However I did write down on a separate note and submitted it to the front desk.

I loved everything about it but check in. I forgot my ID even though I'm a gold member so I understood that maybe this hotel wouldn't let me slide without my ID. The only problem is the young man up front the only solution he offered was for me to call Expedia and cancel instead of the idea I came up with which would change the reservation to the name of the person with me. Outside of that pretty good.

It was great for our family of 6. The building was newly and in a perfect location in downtown. We had plenty of space in our suite, the beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Our only recommendation would be to have more eating utensils available in the kitchen of the suite.

Customer service was great. Gentleman at check in was very throughout. Gal in the evening was very attentive. We found trash from a previous guest in a drawer, one remote was not working and something spilled all over one of night stands. Not the hotels problem but we had a loud neighbor. We could hear them yelling at each other from 3am-5am. In the morning there was a guy yelling in the parking garage across the street. Police showed up and he started walking away. There was a street cleaner or some sort of vehicle outside which woke me up. It’s a safe hotel but I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers or bring a sound machine. Breakfast was

Great hotel, clean and lovely room. Was given a suite. Parking good, covered and secure. Walking distance to town and baseball game. Shay was amazing, and so helpful and very kind. The only big change would be to advertise the front od vuikdinf better, as it was harder to find initially. Took me two chances around the block.

From start to finish I was made to feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and well kept and the breakfast is lovely. I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely use them again.

This place is cleannnn. The staff were very accommodating. I drove 27 hrs straight and would have had to sleep in my car from 5am to 3pm,but they found me a room it took some doing, but they got it done. I was very grateful for their hospitality. The breakfast is very good with plenty of options. Will be staying here whenever I'm in town.

We are a family of five, so we always need a suite. This place was perfect. Plenty of room, very clean, the staff at breakfast are amazing and its a great location. We forgot two items in the closet that were never found, but that doesn’t change my rating. Desk staff incredibly helpful and professional. We will definitely stay here for the rest of our visits.

Suite was spacious with plenty of room for our family of five. Breakfast had the standard hotel fare but the ladies working in, crushed it. Hardest working pair in the city. They kept the food coming, cleaned tables and kept the place the cleanest i have ever seen. They deserve a raise for that thankless job. Entire place is very clean and each employee was very helpful, professional and kind. I highly recommend and its also in a great location.

My mother was extremely impressed with the facilities. We had a huge suite, delicious complimentary breakfast, drinks in the evening, and a quiet pool that stays open late. My mother was particularly impressed that when we walked into the room, it smelled like it had been disinfected thoroughly. The location was perfect. It was downtown where everything was as but without the dangers that some downtown spaces hold. I will definitely be coming back next time I travel to Des Moines.
