Great pool, Horrible bed

My kids loved the pool and arcade

The bed was sooo uncomfortable, I didn't hardly sleep.

My kids and grandchildren will always remember and ask to go back over and over.

The water park was great. Love having life guards on duty. My kids and grandchildren will always remember and ask to go back over and over.

No real dislikes. Understand property is older and continued repairs are part of having a hotel of this age. The water area needs many more towels. It would help folks leaving going to their rooms tracking water throughout the hotel.

Will not recommend to anyone. Hotel has a lot to improve on.

No breakfast

Construction in room next door. Pool slides out of order. Hot tub out id order. Was not told until arrival. Not enough linen and sheets in room. Needed to ask for more. Phone in room did not work.

Owner need to do better when it comes to the little things like the game room and slides.

The room was clean nice size .the staff 3rd shift was great

I didn't like that we were not informed the the bigger slides were not working. It wasn't tell check is when I got a email about the slides. The tiki bar in the pool area was closed sat there while workers came in and out and didn't say a word. The smaller pool was dirty water warm and cloudy.... The game room games would take ur money off the card and the games still didn't work .

With 2 kids..they were disappointed that the water slide was not working and the hot tub was closed.

Has a reasonable rate for a family fun trip

Really the only bad thing I could say was a couple of The arcade games didn’t work but did have a sign saying basically play at your own risk. We Did find games that worked and played them.

Room was dated and hook fell off the wall when hanging a swimsuit. Barking dogs below our room and next to our room. Water slides broken, crowded cold pool.

terrible, rude, dirty, staff drinking on the job

the tiki bar was dirty, the reception was a mad house, the room both queen beds bedding and bed skirts were stained, bathroom was dirty, floor was dirty, walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint, the vent in the room was rusted, the water slides was not working. the front desk staff was rude, and they could not control other guests in the hotel, I seen staff whom I though were staff at least they had radios on them like other staff but they where drinking on the job, and absolutely not helpful at all. it truly was a mad house, I will never stay there again.

Was supposed to be a king room.. gave us double queens went in sat on the bed and it fell to the floor . I called the front desk to let them know . Instead of sending us to another room she says I will have maintenance come up [this is after 9pm] I wait about 20 minutes and call back up and she does not answer. so I have to walk all the way back to the front desk to see her on her phone. She waits for the maintenance man to call her to give me a room. New room on the other side of the hotel (now this is not a small place ) New room smells like smoke . At this time it's 10pm so we say screw it and stay in that room. I'm not one to give bad reviews But this place and its front desk was horrible!

Stained sofa mattress and broken slide.

Sofa bed mattress was severely stained. Large water slide didn’t work. Pool hours began in late afternoon.

We liked the idea of having another option for hotels with Waterparks.

I don't feel like our room was overly clean. There's were stains on the bedding. The floor boards had something on it pretty much all the way around the room. I also felt like the pool areas weren't as clean as well. Lots of staining on the pool and hot tub sides. The bigger pool had random sand on the bottom in multiple areas.

Disappointing

We were told the slides and hot tub was working and they were not. I booked and confirmed 2 rooms they only had 1 room, the check in process took almost 2 hours. Totally unacceptable.

I loved the caring and consideration of the life guards at the pools they were so attentive to the kids and special needs adults we had.

The front desk staff was not very kind actually felt when needed we were bothering them
