Such a lovely room in the middle of Pompeii. The ruins were a 5 minute walk and the bars on the street lovely. Staff friendly and attentive and walked us to the rooms.

The room was supposed to have bunk beds, we had none, water was only lukewarm and stale water smell from bathroom. 5 minute walk from check in to room.

It was a little difficult to find and had to park at the main hotel which was secure. Our room down the road from hotel was small but very comfortable w a kitchenette. The only complaint the shower is very small and the opening to step inside is 13/14 inches so can only enter w a sideways squeeze. Other than that it was a pleasent stay with super friendly staff.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Orange/Lemon grove to sit under at the rear of the main property.
We stayed in the separate accommodation, which is about 100yds up the road from the main building, which was very clean, with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony, which you can sit outside. The area has plenty of coffee shops etc and is a 10 minute walk from the Roman Pompeii site.
We would have liked Tea/Coffee facilities in the room, but that is our only gripe.
If you want a somewhere to stay to visit the Pompeii ruins, this is the place to be.
The area has plenty of places that say 'Official Tourist Office', who would love to sell you tickets for the ruins; these are not official and will charge you more than the actual site, so be warned!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in finding out things for us to do during our stay.
We were in their extension, i.e. couple of apartments in a separate block about 50m from the main hotel. Means no access WiFi and had to walk to the main hotel for breakfast.

Very limited clothes storage, ok for us, problematic for a longer stay. Good for us to have 2 rooms at end of corridor in satellite accommodation to main hotel and balcony over courtyard/car park. Sometimes disturbed by noise from local residents of same block.

Check-in was a bit confusing, but rather than that, we had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly as well!

Overall it was good. The only minor inconvinience was that we had to walk a couple of blocks to have breakfast. The main hotel is where you check in, but our room was a couple of blocks away.

Room is comfortable located close to the ruins and plenty of restaurants breakfast was included but was typically Italian which means cakes etc. Parking was free which is a bonus. Staff were friendly especially Francesca who took us to room and showed on map where to find things

All the staff were extremely congenial and helpful. We parked in free parking lot and were directed to Pompeii ruins just 1 km away. Saving a lot of money for lousy parking and unneeded tours
