Lovely stay at the Gara Suites. Location quite, overlooking golf course. We opted to stay by pool by day and walk to town in evening 25 minutes and get taxi back10 Euros. The pool was lovely and heated which was a bonus. Breakfast plenty of choice. Couldn’t fault hotel at all. Really enjoyable stay.

The hotel is great, nice lobby and pool area. Room was spacious and clean - however the beds were quite uncomfy and there was no wifi in the room at all. The suite itself was really nice though and great view over the golf course.

Amazing hotel, very nice workers. Rooms are very nice. Pools are massive. Lots of activities throughout the day around the pool for kids. Entertainment in the lobby every night. Breakfast buffet is huge. Highly recommend. Cheap taxis to the town which wait outside the hotel. Can’t beat it. Best in Tenerife south

The hotel is oriented to people abroad and guiris to expend the holidays getting drunk in the swimming pool. The restaurant had a lot of possibilities to eat but everything was with low quality. Installations are enough for leisure.

Be careful when booking a terrace room you will get a balcony and not a terrace.
Terrible service and being ripped off paying more for a terrace and getting a balcony

Very nice and clean room.
Staff very helpful.
Very nice overall, the only downside is the location, you have to walk quite far to get to the next supermarket and the beach.

I liked the bar man named Fabian, and the omelettes

The suites are spacious but with no mini kitchen no kettle. NO ROOM SERVICE. Was definitely a struggle just to get a tea or coffee. And even when you get one they practically give it to you in a shot glass. The dinner option is very generic. Chips burgers pizza and more chips. Almost like secondary school dinners. Nothing of real substance. Location isn’t too bad. On my last day I saw a few roaches so Im definitely not coming back. Staff are really slow in everything that they do. No sense of urgency. I wouldnt call this place 4 star.

The best part was the swimming pool, the room and the breakfast buffet. However, I would improve the games room in which any of the machines worked. In addition, some of the staff were very nice but others could remember to smile and be nice to new guests

Could not get early check in. They insisted there was no other rooms & our room had been occupied and was being cleaned. This wasn't true as I went online & I could book several room straight away on their website. Also I went up to see where our room was & there were NO cleaners anywhere close near the room. When we finally got into the room the AC wasn't working at all. We reported this & went out for the afternoon. Returned in evening to find someone had been into the room to look at AC, but it still wasn't working. They did offer us to move room, so had to repack all our things and changed room. Atleast this room had a working AC. The rest of our stay was uneventful with no further problems. This is a great hotel, if you get a room with a working AC

Multiple buildings. Some rooms far from main building or reception. Swimming pool very crowded to smal for such big resort.

All inclusive was good overall but would have been better if the drinks allowed were consistent between all the staff. No complaints tho!

The pictures on the website were misleading, you don’t get loungers on the terrace, unless you book a duplex. There was only table with chairs, luckily we didn’t really need it for the stay. The suite was very comfortable with luxurious bathroom and safe. Very old fashioned hairdryer unfortunately. The breakfast food choices were excellent, could do with more drink choices however. All the coffees somehow ended up “cappuccino “, the juices were watered down and no Cava. The entry to the spa is 15 euro, however we didn’t get to go, as they close at 5pm, which of course during the day, you want to sunbathe outside. As we arrived late, we ate in the hotel Indian restaurant, which was a huge disappointment. The food and drinks were nice, however tiny portions like for a child, therefore hugely overpriced. Another night I wanted to get something quick to eat from their terrace bar, which was supposed to be open till 11pm, however it was already closed, when I got there at 8pm. There is a souvenir shop on site, where we bought sunbathing lotions. The location of the hotel is not as good as first thought. It is further to walk than anticipated, solid 30 minutes to Las Américas, downhill to go , but uphill to return. Los Cristianos is even further. The bus stop is about 15 minutes walk. Excellent location, if you have a car though, as it’s a quiet area in the middle of a golf course. I forgot my phone charger upon checkout, which somehow disappeared, but they gave me a different one.

I’ve stayed at the Gara Suite Hotel many times now it’s very convenient for the nearby golf course which we play in our visit.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was always promptly cleaned which is how we like it.
Breakfast is also very nice with a selection that would meet most people’s palates.

Get breakfast only. Lunch and dinner buffet will cost you extra but if you love to eat alot ok. Also water or other drinks are not included in your dinner. Better spend dinner in other restaurants. Room was ok. Golf pitch view is nice.

The location wasn’t ideal unless you are prepared to pay for taxis every time you want to leave the resort.
Bed sheets wasn’t changed for the entire week we were there, and the floors were filthy.
We went bed and breakfast, enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of variety.
Aside of location and some cleaning issues, the staff were fantastic, entertainment was good and I would stay again if I didn’t want to leave the resort.
The “Spa” wasn’t fantastic with the pool being cold, the steam room barely functioning and kids splashing and playing, there wasn’t much room for relaxation.
The Indian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, incredible food. Although based in the reception it was a separate entity.
