Good place to stay for a night or 2 if you want to be close to the beach and a couple of restaurants nearby. Pretty clean place. Beds were very squeaky. There were no shampoo or conditioner in the room. It would be great if they have a vending machine or mini store to buy drinks and stuff. Closest market was a 25 min walk. Outside of the office hours, communication was not very responsive but check in and check out was easy.

This is a great option for travellers looking for something that isn’t super expensive but still good. The room was clean, though some stuff was dated (rust on towel bars, lamp, etc). Staff are friendly and helpful. The Sunset Stay is a short bus ride or drive away from the downtown area so I think the place is well worth the price compared to other stays. You get air conditioning, a beautiful view, and a safe and clean room to sleep in by the end of the night.

Very decent hotel and service; clean and spacious rooms. Relatively close to airport and downtown along the main road. Easy access to beach. The area overall is not the best and not very walkable. Hotel doesn’t have a place to eat or drink, but is provided with fridge and gear to cook. Better for a few days stay and eat f you have a vehicle.

I enjoyed the beach across of the street. I disliked the dirty linen on the bed, the uncollected garbage for a week at the property, and inadequate cleaning items in the room (seeing maid services are not provided). AND....other minor stuff.

This site will not allow me to post actual photos; please avoid booking here, you will immediately loose your sanity upon arrival. This place is like a jail, my partner and I didn’t stay for more than 20 mins. The 20mins consisted mainly on us trying to get a REFUND or some sort of accommodation from Expedia however Expedia failed to assist in any possible way. Our room view was an old apartment door (unsafe) with an unstable lock; the exterior view on the other side of that dirty door was a unfinished building in our direct view. It was close enough for you to stretch your arm and touch it. The room had only one window and it was placed directly above a stovetop with a burned curtain (complete fire hazard) This list goes on and on…… The photos that were advertised are completely fake, we were told by the locals that the scene in the photo is not the Bahamas. Avoid booking…………..

This was our first stay at this property. I was very impressed. The entire apartment was SPOTLESS. They also provide a full size refrigerator,dishes,pots, pans , dishes , bowls,and utensils. A stove , a conventional oven and a microwave .Super Value Supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away. I can’t stop praising how CLEAN this place was.We felt extremely comfortable.We highly recommend Sunset B and B.

We were coming to this property from Atlantis. We wanted to stay somewhere where we could explore the true Bahamian culture. But sadly I wouldn’t recommend unless you are ok with super SUPER basic accommodations. To start this was my first encounter with rude people on the island. We came to check in around 4pm and were received so rudely. Didn’t even say welcome or how are you or anything. Just asked for my ID. I was taken a back and thought nothing of it but the rest of the staff is rude and so short it’s almost like they don’t want you there and you’re doing THEM A FAVOR by staying there. The inside of our room was spacious with a small kitchen area. But our sheets were dirty, towels are def old and stained. One of our beds had sand. Our tv didn’t work at all. You have to ask for new towels everyday. They didn’t clean our room once while we were there for 3 days. The sand def. Accumulating sucked. They are missing small things to make the stay more comfortable like hooks inside the bathroom to hang your towel, full size mirror. The walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors. The only perfect thing about this place is the beautiful beach steps away. Easy to find. Provided parking, and an ice machine. Also $5 per a small load of laundry. You def. Need a car to get to everything else.

Beware of the FALSE advertising!! Pictures show the place on the beach but it is next to a BUSY ROAD, NOT on the beach (the way the photo’s are showing!!) We purchased because we thought it would be safe away from roads for our children less crossing streets—not the case! tried calling to get our money back before we stayed there but the boss was unreachable they didn’t bother to respond after messages! They take your money and screw you! Ruthless place! lost so much money! They don’t care about the customer!

The unique feature about the property was the table stove and pot plus the kitchen utensils were available in the room. The crew that work at the property are very nice and willing to help. Nice location
