I never heard of a hotel that required 'you' to tell them you wanted the room cleaned and beds changed. Welcome to Homewood Suites. Plus while they are 8 miles from the airport they charge you for overnight parking. For a week's stay that's righteous bucks. Poor. The morning breakfast buffett was terrible. One of the meats looked like hot dog slices for breakfast. Uggh!

I would definitely stay at Homewood Suites again. Staff friendly, breakfast great, and great indoor pool and gym for the kids. Great sizable and modern rooms. Really had fun here...game room too. Felt like a hero dad picking this place for the fam.

Check-in took some time since the room was not ready by the time we reached at 3:30pm. But the staff was courteous and it was ready within 10 minutes of us waiting. The rooms were clean and everything was functioning. Had a great time with family.

Great stay. Clean hotel, big room, comfy beds. Pillows a little lacking but we brought our own so we were ok. Nice big shower and well equipped kitchen. Staff very friendly. Only drawback was breakfast didn’t start til 7 on weekends and we had to be at the volleyball gym by 7:15 so we didn’t get to eat before leaving, but that’s my fault for not reading the fine print when booking. Overall would recommend if you don’t have to be somewhere too early.

I suspect this property removes negative reviews, so take these reviews with a grain of salt. Service was very good, and was very quick to help us when we needed to move rooms due to a bug issue. Breakfast was okay, but the hot food was often cold even when we got there as soon as breakfast started. Very close to airport, and reasonable parking cost. Overall, we had a good stay, but will not return due to the issue that required us to move rooms.

Very pleasant staff, beautiful and well-maintained room with everything I could want. Big screen tv in both living room and in bedroom. Delicious breakfast options. Bottled water for Hilton Honors guests. Overall awesome.

Our stay at Homewood suites was great. I have a family of 7 and finding a hotel that can fit all of us in one room can be difficult. We had plenty of space in our 2 bedroom suite. Check in was easy and I really liked the free parking. Our room was clean and in good condition. The hotel was decorated for Halloween and it was obvious that the hotel is good at noticing small details that enhance each stay. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great. My kids had a lot of fun with basketball, chess and ping pong. We were very close to the airport and I was worried we would be hearing airplanes all night but the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We didn’t have time to use the game room but it looked like a lot of fun. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. There was even an employee handing out small stuffed animals to all the kids. As we were checking out my son said we definitely need to stay at that hotel again and I agree!

This was honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was great, clean, quiet rooms, and perfect location. The only thing keeping it from 10/10 is a $12/day charge for parking that surprised me on my credit card statement. Otherwise, no complaints.
