There was no ice machine. Remodeling was very poor.

We had to book a hotel last minute after we were in a major car accident. The room was awful, smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked the front desk if there was an option to extend our stay (before I saw the room) and the front desk guy tried to hard sell me into booking it right then and there. I said Id get back to him. There were so many roaches and they werent afraid of people at all, crawled on my leg in the bathroom. No handtowels but we were given like 8 washclothes...i guess to make up for the lack of hand towels. The complimentary shampoo had been watered down to the consistency of spit. The TV had 2 remotes neither of which turned the TV on or off. 1 was for volume and 1 was for the channels. DO NOT STAY HERE, we wouldve left, but it was a holiday weekend and we were still flustered by our accident.

There was really nothing to like except maybe the pool that I never got to try. The rooms were filthy (beds, floors and toilets with dried urine on rims uncleaned) both the shower/tub and sink handles were not connected and fell off in my hand. Breakfast was not there, had to ask desk clerk to get someone to make something. Worst place in a long time.

The free breakfast was terrible, but cant beat the price for the moght.

I rented three rooms for me and my crew the ac was in poor working condition. it barely kept them cool enough to sleep I would not recommed this motel to anyone

Overall I had a great experience

The property have a serious issue with cleanliness we have to request to change room go find more issue in the next room. We find in both rooms strong bad odor and food, spiders, flies, stains, dirty floor, hair in bed, pillow and towels. The tv remote was never to be find to work. The ceiling chipping off and walls.. we decided to sleep over and go in our way in the morning.. now the area outside the rooms are very clean and well maintained to include the pool. Free breakfast was ok with different options.

We were charged $80.03 when our confirmation said we would pay $66.46. I understand a cheap hotel is not the best but if it’s not good don’t add $14 to the bill over what was advertised. Refund the difference

Easy access off I-95. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Quiet, restful surrounding. Outstanding staff support.

The tv and the ac would not work so i called the front desk and the guy came and fix it. And the room was about 85 degrees. After he reset the ac it worked for about 10 minutes and it quit again after he left. So i called the front desk again and asked him to please send someone to fix it or replace it. I told him that we were going out for a while and they could come into the room while we were gone and fix it and he said they would send someone to take care of the ac. Me and my wife returned to our room at 11:30 and the ac was not working and its still around 85 degrees in the room. The room was very dirty . There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub and pubic hair on the toilet. There is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the ceiling in the room the popcorn coating is falling off in multiple places. Upon inspecting the beds we found that the mattresses were very dirty and had nasty stains on them . They are disgusting and should be thrown in the dumpster !!! It looks like bed bugs on the mattresses also . The linen was dirty and stained and had cigarette burns on them. The chiar was very dirty and stained. The intire room was very nasty and disgusting. The lamps on the desk and nightstand are very rusty and nasty looking .This is the worst motel room that I've ever seen !!! This place should be condemned !!! The second floor is so bad that they cannot rent any of the rooms !! THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE CONDEMNED !!!!
