Our stay at Casa Colonial was so unique and we loved it! Ben and the staff were absolutely outstanding, and Ben did an incredible job arranging our transportation to and from the airport and on two excursions, one to Cotopaxi and one to Papallacta. We loved our driver, Juan, as well. Ben confirmed our travel details promptly and did such a good job communicating important information to us. The kitchen staff also made us tasty local breakfasts every morning. We loved how close we were to the historical sites and the busy part of the historic district. The hotel is old but with that it has a lot of charm and character which we prefer to newer chain hotels. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Quito!

Small charming hotel in a historic colonial style building. The decor is very Quito. It is located within the walking distance of all major sightseeing spots and some of the best restaurants. The staff makes you feel like a family and very accomodating. We had a very early tour, and they prepared coffee and sandwiches to go for us way before breakfast hours. I also used their help with private airport pick up and drop off for a very reasonable price. They can also help you to book the tours.
