My Stay at this Hotel was ok
I had Beautiful Full Ocean Balcony View....i didn't get to Enjoy Pool n Beach.... it was too cold the days i was out there.....Curtain in the room had stains on it which looks like
dried blood....very disturbing.....Shower drain is slow n 1st bathroom dont flush properly sometimes not at all....not enough cookware items...for the price of this Hotel specially the room i booked....everything should be perfect....Make sure rooms are in excellent conditions...

Don't stay here if you want to sit on your balcony to enjoy the view or if you have mobility restrictions!
We were disappointed to find no furniture on the oceanfront balcony, which meant we couldn't actually 'relax' on it (website says 'relax on your balcony'), since that was the reason we booked that room type. We were also quite disappointed in accessibility, we were traveling with a wheelchair. The driveway up to the lobby is EXTREMELY steep and basically impossible to push a wheelchair up. When we asked at the front desk about how to get out of the hotel to the street with a wheelchair they first suggested going down the steep hill, then suggested going down stairs, which obviously wouldn't work, and finally said we could go down to the parking garage and exit that way. However, our key card didn't give us access to that floor so every time we wanted to leave we had to go to the front desk to request that we could be let out. This was a bit annoying, and was exacerbated by the fact that the 3 elevators were extremely slow (often waiting >10 min for an elevator to get from our floor to the lobby, then another >10 min wait to get from the lobby to the parking garage). On checkout day, we had to wait almost 40 min to get from our floor down to the lobby due to slow and packed elevators (we got on the 6th one that arrived). The employees working the beach were very helpful with assistance getting to the loungers (much closer together than shown in the pictures).

It took 3 days to get our room serviced. Each day they made a different excuse. One day they claimed that the "Do Not Disturb" sign was out - but it was actually showing "Clean this Room". Ultimately they admitted that the staff didn't look at it.
Pool very small.
Very close to beach with good services there.

Really great hotel, booked with rather low expectations, but ended up very impressed.
Firstly, service was great. The reception were welcoming, staff charming, and restaurant and pool staff were effective and friendly. Secondly, the rooms were very clean. The same observation goes for the hotel itself. Staff seemed to be in perpetual cleaning mode. I would hate to be a speck of dust at the Sole - survival chances would be minimal. All in all, a great hotel in a rather family-friendly area of Miami.
I detest the dreary 8 hour flight to Miami, from Europe, but will probably undertake the trip again if the Sole ( and Sunny Isles) is what awaits.

The rooms are very small, and the hotel didn’t smell great. The staff was rule. They charge my card. And I booked another hotel within a hour. The hotel director lied and told me they wasn’t going to charge my card and they did the full amount.

Lovely place, my husband and I staying at this place occasionally and have been doing it for years now. Always welcoming team from front desk to a valet guys, will have your car up front at no time. They now have texting options instead of calling or coming downstairs and wait for your car to arrive. Beach access is easy, beach chairs by the water and not crowded at all. Restaurant has tasty food.

The hotel needs major renovations in the rooms. The concierge MING was amazing and very helpful, however the housekeeping and cleaning of the rooms was horrible. I walked to local grocery store to buy cleaning and disinfectant products even after housekeeping services.

The elevators need replacing. They are far too slow. I will not stay again. Except for staying on the 19th floor taking the stairs would have been faster. However staying on the 19th floor allowed for a beautiful view of the beach. So it was a catch 20-20.

Liked the reception from Andrei
Didnt like that they bang on your door to clean before 9AM and wake guests - PUT THE SIGN ON YOUR DOOR IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

The rooms are very clean and updated. Only downfall is the pool. For the size of the resort the pool is extremely small.
