Uma expectativa maior do que a realidade.

O fato do quarto ter uma sala de Ester e cozinha e sacadas e interligado com. Outro quarto

Serviço de praia onde a equipe não atende a ordem de chegada e faz reservas para pessoas que chegam depois sentar na beira . Um serviço caro e sem respeito ao hóspede.

Localização.

Café da manhã não está incluso no preço. O que oferecem no restaurante é muito caro para o que entrega, $40 por pessoa com as taxas por dia. Se alugar um carro, precisa pagar $48 por dia da garagem. Paredes finas e portas conectando os quartos vizinhos. Da para ouvir tudo, parece que os outros hospedes estão no quarto com você. Durante a noite é realmente um incômodo. Chuveiro com pouca água e fraco.

nicht empfehlenswert.

Zum einen habe ich nach einem Shuttle angefragt, das Angebot lag weit über 50% der Standard-Taxi-Angebote. Überteuert. Nutzlos. Des Weiten war der Pool kalt. Wenn man schon ein 5Stern-Hotel bucht, erwartet man, dass man auch die Angebote nutzen kann, die Sie anbieten.

me dieron una habitacion y cuando regrese habian sacado mis cosas px supuestamente no era la q aparecia asignada y no pude entrar y perdi tiempo ademas como personas pudieron entrar y tomar mis cosas personales y llevarselas ademas si la habitacion esta ocupada px el señor de mantenimiento toca o entra esto demuestra q no tienen coordinacion los factores

Appauling. Disgusting.

Room was not clean upon arrival. We requested it be cleaned 4 times. We were ignored. Dirty shower full of hair on walls. Dirty toilet with hair and loo paper. Full trash can. Dirty dining table.

The dirty room and inconsiderate staff. requests fall upon deaf ears.

Very disappointed about the whole stay

Inside the lobby and hallways were super clean and pretty. Pool surroundings were ok and the beach was beautiful and super clean.

It is a non-smoking property and our bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell all the time and the neighbor was smoking all the time in the balcony and all the smoke were coming our way, we couldn’t open the door or enjoy the balcony. We did not have shampoo or conditioner and just one little cream for 4 people and no extra towels very little of all the needed stuff we had to go to the counter to ask for it and extra cups or enough coffee and the snack bar was half empty when we got there so I had to reported in case they charge us. I reported the smoke smell but they just made a note in the computer. I went for third time and asked them to move us but they said next day after 12:00pm to go to desk again to ask again to see if I could be changed, but I had reservations and plans already for the whole day so I couldn’t do the move it was to late and we were leaving next day. I told them all inconvenients and no discount or anything was done just a oh sorry for all that and next time we will give you a discount but I will never come back or recommend it to any one. Customer service was very bad.

Basically, everything was good.

Room, beach, and the pool was great! Loved the Walk-In Shower! Also the view from out Balcony.

Well, the food prices were too high on most things. But the food we had was all good. The Wait Staff who brought us the in-room meals were very nice.

We stay for 3 days and had a cabana around 1600 dollars plus 200 a day at the pool.

Staff is very attentive and the pool manager MIka always very attentive and making sure we were good. Easy walks to restaurants and stores.

What I didn’t like was that some people guesses don’t respect the rules in the pool, eating inside the pool and smoking.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

We loved the room and the balcony with the awesome view of the Ocean! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were available for anything we needed if we needed it and were respectful of our privacy. The food was outstanding!

The only thing we didn't like, which was very minor, is there weren't selections of different coffees and teas for the Keurig in the room.
