The front desk staff provided exemplary service, and the accommodations were impeccably clean. Our recent stay was highly satisfactory, and we plan to return in the future.

Honestly probably the best hotel we've stayed in lately. The rooms were small but clean. The lobby had a nice coffee/cocoa bar. And it was a great location for us. The only thing i didnt care for was having to pay for parking/vallet.

This is our favorite place to stay while in the twin cities. The service is always impeccable and the staff is so friendly! The front desk texts you throughout your stay to make sure you have everything needed.

I think it was more of the state I was in than anything the hotel did... I just felt like the room smelt weird. I thought we got 2 queen beds but just had one queen so one of us had to sleep on the floor. Just seemed like there was not that friendly attitude like when we stayed in the Hampton Inn & Suites in Stillwater, Minnesota. That is kind of what you get when you stay Downtown in a bigger city. Everything was great, breakfast was great. Person at front desk was fantastic. So overall it was a good stay and it got the job done. I think staying at other Hamptons my expectations are set high so thats a good thing!

Great place very convenient for events at the X. Comfy beds and very nice breakfast in the morning. If I had to find 1 thing to complain about would be I wish they would have had more bath towels. We only had 2 and I like to use 2 when I shower.

Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good. Don't like we have to pay for parking. This is not a cheap hotel to have to still pay for parking

This was an urban downtown hotel. It was clean, and service was decent except for language barriers. Parking is a true concern, your only decent option is valet at additional cost. And they are pet friendly for an above average pet fee. Few pet amenities and little to no where to walk them except for a small area of mulch on their property. Had to walk down street to find grass. The pool was ice cold, a hot tub would have been nice and the tile is dangerous around pool when wet. Several people slipped and fell while there. Overall is was ok, just not my cup of tea, I generally travel with my dogs and they are definitely not purse dogs. If you travel with real dogs look somewhere else.

The hotel itself was clean and had a decent breakfast. There wasn’t any parking options other than Valet that’s $40 a day. The area is kinda dirty and a lot of homeless activity.

Very friendly staff, clean, well maintained pool and organized. Only downside was some motorcycle noise at night but for being downtown I was impressed with the care and cleanliness and traffic was to be expected.

They have valet parking. Had stayed there for one night came back to hotel after dining and wanting to go to the pool, once I got there we had to wait a long time to get our vehicle to park. We missed our chance to go to the pool since they closed at 10 and we had to wait to get our car parked.
Hotel was Beautiful and very well cleaned. Breakfast was amazing.

We used valet parking during our visit this weekend. When the truck was brought to us this morning, someone used a knife and cut the cover we have on our truck bed. We used valet parking for we thought our truck would be safe in your hands. We would like to hear from someone concerning this vandalism.

Hotel was central and a short walk from where we needed to be. They only did valet parking and since we had a vehicle, this was required and an unexpected extra expense. The pillows were terrible and beds weren't great, but the hotel was clean, continental breakfast was fine, and staff were excellent.
