I loved the neighborhood, the perfect location, the atmosphere was relaxed and they have everything to make you feel comfortable (subway, restaurants, etc) In addition, I got an upgrade to the Suite, it was great! they gave us access to the Lounge and additional services!

Nice location in Mapo. The hotel is near several restaurants and shops that are a mixture of chain stores and boutiques. Walking to the station is not far and easy to navigate.

Had an excellent tine staying at the Roynet, lovely staff, very clean and modern. Beds were comfy and the hotel is in a excellent location near a large metro station, nearby food and directly above a cafe. Definitely will stay there next time

It was a very awful stay with my wife and son. We stay one night at triple room which was decorated with sharp IRON edge just behind your head when you lie down in the bed. We didn’t notice that until I hit my head to the edge and get hurt…. Luckily it wasn’t a severe hurt but if you’re with energetic kids, avoid this facility. It’s extremely danger for kids who usually jump in the bed….When I asked why IRON blade is behind my head, they said all rooms are same and we just stayed the same room after I got hurt.

Location is convenient … close to stations and restaurants and cafe nearby! Service is fair coz the reception counter is located on 3rd floor where you have take lift to go down for enquiries but the lobby is on the first floor and you have to take time to go up and down where the lift is extremely slow and takes longer time for the lift service! You have to pay for toothbrush and tooth paste which are not provided in the hotel room! There is no public area for hotel guests to hang around! The hotel do not allow food and drinks on the reception floor! The hotel rooms is small compared to other similar hotels !

The location of this hotel is very convenient, the shuttle to airport is right across the street. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs. Most importantly it has the currency exchange machine at the lobby.

Room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel. I definitely will book this hotel for my next trip to Seoul. There is a coffee corner at the 3/F, right opposite to the front desk. Free coffee, tea and bottle water. 3-mins walking from hotel to airport bus stop.

Overall, fantastic, new hotel, had a great stay with our family. Disappointing breakfast experience was really the only downside.

The room is big and clean. However, my room is at 5/F but the elevator is super slow. The elevator light keeps blinking but end up it’s another lift coming in. It always took us almost 5 mins to take the lift and not to mention when it’s at the rush hour. Room is clean and I like their toilet. But overall performance of staff can be improved.

Airport bus stop very closed to hotel. But metro station little far with 7-10 mins walk. Self check in counter not user friendly, after getting all passport info, if you need to get one more card key, staff asked you once again all details to fill in the form, which their machine already capture all details, but need to re-fill again… 2-3 star amenities, no toothbrush nor tooth paste. Water need to get by yourself on 3/F, bottles in room temperature only. No air con in lift lobby of room floors, and lift waiting time is long, especially in peak hours, not comfy in summer time.

Love this hotel super clean with friendly staff! Next to the bus station so it’s only a 3 min walk to the hotel. Also in the middle of 2 metro stations so you can take different metro lines

The staff was super friendly. There was an olive young and a twosome place right on the ground floor which made mornings and emergencies super easy. Could grab a cab anytime !
