Boat dock with very close Harbor access within 10 minutes leading to islands of Sanibel, Captiva, Boca Grande and Cayo Costa.

•Large outdoor Weber gas grill with light; propane refill is responsibility of guests.

•3 fishing rods plus tackle for use behind home.
•Cooler with wheels for the beach; 2 beach chairs.
