Sunrise Suite 203 is a quiet alternative to the bustling noise of downtown Key West. Located just a 10-minute drive from all of the nightlife, shopping, restaurants, and activities of world-famous Duval Street, Sunrise Suite is your own private condo in our island paradise. You will enjoy the conveniences of a hotel with the comforts and space of home.

This comfortable, non-smoking, reasonably-priced two-bedroom/two-bath unit offers everything that will make your vacation memorable. Enjoy nightly sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the pool. Go for a dip in the shared lagoon-style pool or pull up a lounge chair and enjoy the Florida sun. You also can relax in the outdoor spa surrounded by the lush tropical foliage.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and ensuite bath that includes a tub, shower, large vanity sink, and plenty of towels. The second bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bathroom. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is open to the living room with bar counter seating and is fully-equipped with full a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and sink disposal. All glassware, dishes, utensils, and cookware are there whether you choose to cook at home or heat up leftovers after dining out at one of the fantastic eateries in Key West.

The resort also features tennis courts, gym facilities, and free parking. Nearby activities include jet skiing, sailing, snorkeling, diving, boating, fishing, kayaking, parasailing, windsurfing, sightseeing, golf, biking, and walking. Movie theaters, museums, and live theater also are nearby. Our concierges can always be counted on to help you plan your day or evening. Or just take in the sunrise while walking the Atlantic oceanfront down the street and enjoy the morning coolness. A 15-minute walk away is Smathers Beach, where you can play in the sun with your toes in the sand.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years or older with proper identification and be an occupant of the property. The maximum number of people allowed in this property is 6. If there are more than 6 people are in your party upon arrival, your party will be asked to leave without compensation. Violation of ANY house rules will result in your party being asked to leave without compensation.

Perfect place for our family. The location is great, we mostly uber to Duval area it was about 12mins away. Pool was great we used it everyday and my kids also enjoyed going to see the turtles in the pond. Great place! Zero complaints here :)

We had a great time at this Vrbo! It was a little off the beaten path from everything, which was a bit inconvenient, but we rented bikes and that made it easier. It’s close to the airport, which was easy when checking out, but be aware that when checking in, you have to go downtown first. This was not as convenient as we had hoped. But otherwise, the spot was immaculate, really relaxing, great to be by the pool and fountain outside, it can be noisy if the neighbors are partying but otherwise very peaceful! Definitely recommend this spot. Would come back and stay again.

Nice place and location for two couples. Each bedroom had a bathroom attached and plenty of seating for 4 people and guests. My sister had another condo in the same building and hers had a nicer view (higher up) but wasn't as well appointed as ours. Hosts were very responsive to messages. Very enjoyable stay!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the resort. Nice little convenience store within walking distance. They had just about anything you might need. You didn't have to go back to the big grocery store. The condo could use a little updating, but it worked for all of us to have a good time. Check in was not very convenient, since the resort was so close to the airport, but we had to go downtown to check in. We did not rent a car, so it was pretty expensive to uber to check in and then really almost back to the airport. This is a keyless condo so they could have sent a docu sign and once that was signed the code could have been sent. Thankfully we did not have to go back down there to check out. We would stay at this resort again.

We loved the property. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and perfect for the four of us. Checking in and out was very easy. Keywest Hideaways was great to work with. The condo is about 10 minutes from downtown. If going downtown I suggest using Uber or be prepared to pay for parking. This was our first trip to Key West. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back. If you are okay with not being in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, I would recommend staying here. It is easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Also close to the airport, but I didn’t notice any excessive noise from planes landing or taking off.

We like the location down the street from Key west airport so I would fly in there next time. the property was cute beachy, beds we’re comfy . More detail should be address to the cleanliness of property especially that you pay $$$ for cleaning service. repairs were made left not painted. doors walls and cabinets were not clean floor looked like a dirty mop cleaned it every plate and bowl were chipped or cracked glasses didn’t matched would I stay here again I’m not sure When I called the property management to let them know we were leaving I try to let them know about the Dishes and and repairs not being finished I got the blow off and she couldn’t get off the phone fast enough.

Unit exactly as described. Located in New Key West aprox 10 - 15 min easy drive from Duval St in Old Key West. No issues or need to contact owner as everything was good. Enjoyed pool & jacuzzi too. Would definitely stay here again!

There’s an elevator, nice pool, and the property was nice. It’s a bit older but had 2 nice beds & 2 full bathrooms! 4 adults total - we had a good time & the fully stocked kitchen was a great part!

We stay here every time we come. Spacious and comfortable. Awesome pool. Great little kitchen which is fully stocked. Close to Publix and nice having a convenient store on property.
