Oak Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with a table for 10, Range electric oven, island, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, a utility with a washing machine, a sitting room with curved wooden ceiling, quirky furniture, woodburning stove, and egg swing seat, and a conservatory/snug with pull-out super-king-size. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room, two doubles, and twin. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, hand-held shower, and basin and WC and ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower and basin and WC. Outside, there is a front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a rear garden with a patio, and designated off-road gravel parking area for up to four cars. Two well-behaved pets. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Oak Cottage. Note: There are steps throughout the property, please take care
