New property so very fresh and bright. It caters to long term stays so no breakfast and house keeping or new towels have a fee. Lots of work trucks in the parking lot but plenty of open spots. The EV vehicle charging spots were frequently taken by non EV vehicles. I was able use the charger one of the 3 days of my stay. Was a good value at $80 a night.

My family (husband/son/grandchildren (ages 3,7,8) arrived at the hotel around 9:15 p.m. and our rooms were not available. The two rooms reserved were being cleaned. We had to wait in the "lobby" area. Around 10:00 p.m. one room was available and the other was ready around 11:15 p.m. Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order so we had a few stairs to climb. There was a football team of young teenagers (maybe 13/15 year olds) there and they were loud ALL night long. I think they were all on the 4th floor. I could not rest, and the noise ended around 3:00 a.m. Not having access to rooms that were reserved that should have been available at 4:00 p.m., and being put on a floor with a group of excited kids that stayed up all night did not equal a good stay. I reached out to the Wyndham customer service to share my experience and hopefully have something offered to make me whole. I heard from a customer service rep on August 6th letting me know that I should hear something from management within a week. I have followed up several times and still have not heard anything from "management". I'm a reasonable person and I know things can happen, but when a wrong is not corrected or addressed, that's just unacceptable. It's not a good business practice to ignore your customers and I'm highly disappointed with the Wyndham hotel management. I held off writing this review to see if the Wyndham management would step up. It could have been a different review.

Excellent place to stay, it was exceptionally clean and offered the valuable amenities that a traveler would need. The customer service at the check out was fast and proficient. Very friendly staff, that showed the need to ensure your stay there was as expected.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very personable and friendly. I had no issues during my stay. All members at the front desk were friendly. Cleaning and maintenance staff seemed to always be working to maintain a clean hotel. Was quiet and convenient to local shopping areas.

I booked a stay at ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Spartanburg through Expedia. Upon arrival, the hotel asked for another credit card to put a one-dollar deposit on, so I gave them a different credit card than the one I used through Expedia. Later that night, I noticed I was charged a second time for the room I had already paid for. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, she gave me an explanation that didn’t make much sense but assured me she would contact Expedia and resolve the issue.
Despite this, I was charged two more times by the hotel for the same room, totaling four charges. After several phone calls, they refunded a couple of the charges but left two, meaning I was still charged twice. I made five phone calls to the hotel and contacted Expedia several times to finally resolve the issue. The hotel was unhelpful and failed to fix the problem despite promising to take care of it and call me back, which they never did. This experience wasted a lot of time and was very frustrating.

We were told that they had recently held their grand opening this past week. We loved the newness and layout of the rooms and public areas. The staff at the front desk when we checked in was superb! Camilla was welcoming, attentive, and when I told her it was my birthday (in a couple of hours), she had a gift bag ready to give me! Love her and her spirit. The other desk attendents were awesome as well. Great way to bring in my special day.

Great brand new hotel! I think we were the first ones to ever sleep in our room. It was very clean with modern decor, new appliances and very nice bathroom/shower. Nice little fitness center, high-tech vending machines with a huge variety of food. Staff was so kind and very knowledgeable of the property and nearby stores and dining. Highly recommend.
