Comfort Suites at Westgate: Upscale Service at Affordable Price

Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable. Suite was clean and well appointed. It contained 5 lamps and each of them had a bulb that worked (rarity). Breakfast was tasty; items were fresh. A staff member kept the serving area neat and mopped up spills as needed.

It was a perfect place to lay our heads down.

The water pressure was amazing! The breakfast was pretty good too.

There wasn’t much walking space between the side of the bed and the AC unit. The bathroom was a little small but functional.

An Absolute Gem

The property was clean, fresh and modern. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

I had an accessible king suite and the toilet was too low to be considered accessible even with the bars in place.

Pretty good if didn’t count our waiting time when we arrive.

I like pool and kitchen, always bring something else to eat when they saw that new clients come. Food was good enough and serving staff was nice.

After we arrived we waited 15 -20minutes when someone came to the front desk that we can check in, and they even didn’t say “sorry” for this inconvenience. He didn’t told us way we should go so we wandering around with a baby looking for our room, he didn’t seem polite and nice. And I didn’t understand their accent.

Sparkle City

Location was excellent for us. We know the area and enjoy many of the delicious restaurants nearby. We felt at home in the quiet room.

Wish breakfast had lasted a little longer.

This was a hood location with wonderful staff and close what ever we needed

Everything was neat and clean and the staff was very friendly

Nothing, well on the last day for breakfast -the sausage was overcooked but 3of the 4 days it was fine.

I won’t come back but staff was nice!

The lady working the check in counter upon our arrival was phenomenal. You could tell she really loved her job and she was very kind.

We were very disappointed with our room. It was dirty (I have photos) there was dried up sauce that had been spilled by the mini fridge. The carpet was really stained. There were cob webs in the corners. The overflow came off in the tub while I was washing my one year old son and it released mold everywhere. We went to use the pullout sofa and it had no linens on it revealing gross stains. My kids didn’t want to sleep there so we ended up having the shuffle them out to family around town at 9:30 at night. It was a waste of money as the point was so we could all get good rest together and because we were running around late at night we didn’t get good rest and we weren’t all together. Other then the pool and the woman at check in, it was very disappointing

It was good.

I liked the friendlyness of the staff.

The charge was different from the time we booked it and the representative wouldn't change it. It was explained and I understood because we had to use a third party.

The breakfast was adequate… we did not know that breakfast was shorter on weekdays —- but the guy working breakfast generously put a few things together for us. He was a great guy … treat him well because he sure deserves it

Home away from home!

The front desk staff were amazing and so welcoming! Was given a charging cord for my phone, allowed fo have a late checkout, friendly smiles, it was incredible!

Overall ok but would not return

Size of my room, laundry facilities, lounge area. staff was friendly and helpful.

dusty in corners and behind things. Felt like it was a surface clean rather than a real clean. it was passable but did not make me want to come back.

Location, room setup, breakfast, coffee in room

Desk staff less than friendly they could not find reservation in their system. They found on another computer slow to find it. $50 a night for small well behaved dog is too high. Mildew under counter/sink In bathroom. Bathroom door needs repair at bottom of it. TV remote did not have cover for battery compartment.

the customer service is poor. I drove and hour and a half away and was told that they would not honor my booking and could not accommodate us. I will never stay at this place. the are rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers they encounter
