About this house rental
Super comfortable, extremely clean 1-bedroom and full bath in the basement of our home.
Superb for 1 or 2 people as a home base to explore Seattle!
Convenient location to get around the city.
Less than 10 minutes drive from the Puget Sound, Salmon Bay, Green Lake and 20 minutes drive to Lake Union and Lake Washington.
The house is a 8 min walk to D Line bus stop (Approx. 20 min to Space Needle or Pike Place Market) or 15 min drive by car.
THE SPACE
The bedroom has a new queen Tuft & Needle mattress, with a natural rubber topper, heated pad, cotton sheets, and down alternative comforter.
There are two comfy chairs and a kitchenette w/ microwave, hot water kettle, mini fridge, coffee maker, bottled water and snacks (in shared hallway).
The 1909 home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking.
The room is located on well lit natural light basement with a infrared heater that can be controlled by guests.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to a private bedroom and full bathroom.
There is a shared hallway leading to the basement, however you will have a dedicated entrance to the house and not be required to walk through the space where the host lives.
There is a desk, chair and lamp in the hallway should you need workspace.
The host will avoid the shared areas during the hours of 8PM - 10AM.
OTHER INFO
There is a quiet fan if you need some cool air while you sleep.
Bose stereo for some music.
