About this apartment rental
Charming and efficient for its size and location, this one-bedroom,
one-bathroom apartment in East Village is now available, and it won't
be on the market for long. This newly remodeled unit features hardwood
floors, high ceilings, a beautiful bathroom, It has laundry in building
(paid) and radiator heating. The combination eat-in kitchen and living
room boasts all new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, with
enough space left over for a sofa and home workspace. With two windows
for plenty of natural light, the bedroom will accommodate a full-size
bed and nightstand. The tightly-knit residential community of East
Village is hard to forget. This soulful and active area is one of
Manhattan's most popular neighborhoods. Packed with walkable streets,
colorful art, local shops, dive bars, and more than enough restaurants,
East Village is a walker's paradise that is waiting to be explored.
Seen as a refuge for artists and musicians throughout the years, East
Village is now a melting pot of different cultures and cuisines.
However, this neighborhood still maintains all the lovable misfit charm
it once was known to have. With a total population of over 65,000 and a
median age of approximately 35, many actors, college students, and
young professionals are proud to call East Village home. This apartment
may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting
you!
