Originally built in the 1800s, the original 2 bedroom cottage has been meticulously renovated to preserve its historic post and beam structure while adding a modern wing that enhances its natural beauty with bright, airy spaces. Set on 36.98 acres of idyllic countryside, Valley View offers expansive, panoramic pastoral views, a large serene pond, and mature trees that create a private and tranquil retreat.
As you enter the home through the new wing, a bright and spacious mudroom welcomes you and leads to the contemporary open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen.
