The room was smaller than we ate used to, but the space was more accommodating. It was designed for longer stays, so we didn’t use the kitchen. If we had wanted to, we would have had to get utensils and cookware from the front desk. Loved the shower. Breakfast was more convenience foods.

Pretty new hotel. Very clean. Very nice staff. Grab and go breakfast was provided. I had yogurt and my husband had a muffin and a mandarin orange. Excellent place to stay in Pueblo.

It was clean and comfortable. We were there 3days and noone came in cleaned room or brought towels. Mabey its different with extended stay. Other than that it was great.

Unnecessary and identity theft risk they required a photo of your drivers license for their files. Elevator was broken, bathroom was surface clean but not thoroughly

The elevator was out of service. The vending machines were out of service. The room did not include soap or shampoo. The room was not furnished with any plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pans, or a basic coffee maker in the kitchenette.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is new and the public areas and room are super clean. The beds were very comfortable with clean, white linens and fluffy pillows. One caution is that the beds were quite high which would be luxurious for most, but not great for older guests who have to climb up into them. The kitchenette was a nice surprise and really convenient. Front desk person was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a bit sparse but honestly, for the price, we can hardly complain. Honestly, the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in at this price point - by far! We were very impressed at the quality for such an affordable price. We will be back again and will recommend to all our friends who come to Pueblo.

New hotel so things were new, but the elevator and rooms were not clean. Hair in the bed and on towels. Hard floors were dirty and had crumbs all over. The storage in the room was nice, but wish the rooms had couches or a place to sit other than beds.

I had an eye appointment in the area and this was the perfect location. Room was great with a kitchenette. Good hot water and very clean. The only thing I wish they had was a coffee pot kept in the room. Yes, you could order a coffee pot, but to us is as necessary as a fridge and microwave. We get it, but just saying. Also they provided a grab-n-go breakfast. No hot breakfast as of yet. We will return!

Was a nice stay, the room was good and clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing that bug me was they should put on their post that they charge a $25+tax a day for pets. Over than that no other problems

Newer hotel, severely understaffed and not trained very well. Young lady working nights was very rude and unprofessional. Check in time wasn’t until 3 pm which is an absolute joke, but I didn’t get checked in until almost 3:45 because they have no one to clean the rooms.
