Excellent choice. On par with 5 star ski hotels of haut savoie or chamonix. Very easy access to the ski lifts. A bit pricey but worths it

The hotel is just amazing and I am not giving it the top rating because of one simple thing: the wifi service is so so bad. And is a pity because the hotel is amazing, the team staff is the best in Baqueira and probably one of the best in Spain. But the internet speed is SO bad.

The staff and the hotel is just amazing. Super friendly and great service. Areas of improvement if you come with family but you still need to work: internet is SO bad. I knew from other reviews but really for me this is a no go in the future not because I don't like it (I loved it) but because I need to be able to have a Conference Call and is impossible. Period.

Second stay at this hotel -
Reception staff, concierge/parking staff/ cleaners, all very polite and professional.
Pros - very clean, modern, great location as only a short walk to gondola, nice spa, comfy beds
Cons - restaurant food nice but not exceptional and expensive.. only two lifts which means a long wait at peak times..some staff at breakfast indifferent, I couldn’t seem to order from the egg menu without them getting it wrong! Then I would have to wait again whilst order was corrected and then eat in my own as family finished.

What a let down. This was DEFINITELY NOT a 5 Star hotel.
The service attitude was not the best. After traveling through Spain for three weeks and staying in 5 star hotels, this was the most expensive property we stayed at and also the most disappointing.
While the decor is very nice, the standard rooms were no better than a Disney area motel.
The main lounge called “The Bistro”, was very nicely decorated, but regrettably there was nowhere in the hotel where you could have a drink with a decent view of the magnificent mountains.
Prices were absurdly INSANELY expensive. I was charged €18 for two simple hot teas, with cheap paper tea bags. Ridiculous. When had to sign and leave a deposit to borrow an adapter plug. Imagine that! At a 5 star hotel. Shocking!
The area was nice but our stay at THIS hotel dampened our enthusiasm.

A very nice experience: the hotel was very good; staff very attentive, professional, and service oriented; good restaurants, and overall ambience. The room was a bit small, and did not face the mountain, so the view was just ok. We look forward to going back again sometime!

The service was especially good in this hotel. They took the stuff from the car onto the ski closet for us! Also, one of the best hotel breakfast that I've had!

Every detail has been well thought through from the welcome drink to the kids club. The personnel is so friendly and diligent you really feel at home. The food is top class and the rooms calm and elegant.
The assistance at the guardskis is such a treat when you go with children. We will be back and would like to congratulate all for such a well run hotel. Thank you!!

All the hotel staff are extremely helpful and polite and always smiling! The room was kept very clean, with a little cake/choc and bottle of water brought to your room every evening.
Our only disappointment was there was a lot of children in the hotel during our stay making it very noisy with them playing in the lifts, running up and down corridors, and playing outside room doors.

Fantastic hotel! Spacious luxury rooms in the junior suite, perfect for a family of four. Lovely "Cafeteria" for relaxing after skiing and ok food. On the negative side the pool for the kids is super small, even though it looks ok in the picture. We will go back. The slopes of Baqueira are great, and the snow conditions was impressive given the amount of artificial snow. NO reason to go to the French or Austrian alps with this so close by.

This hotel is fine. It has nice furnishings and common spaces. It is close to the gondola and ski lockers are available for guests. Also, the staff is generally friendly and helpful.
There are two shortcomings.
First, the cleaning staff does a somewhat cursory job (e.g., sometimes not replacing products that have run out).
Second, and more important, access to the jacuzzi and spa costs €25 per person for 90 minutes. The information about the hotel on Expedia is misleading in this regard. Based on that information (and our experience staying in other ski hotels), we expected that we would be able to use the jacuzzi as part of our room reservation. But as it turns out, guests are not allowed to access the jacuzzi or any spa facilities without paying the additional fee. This was very disappointing for a five star hotel.
