21st floor was fantastic just a pity there was 27 klm wind and up that high sounded like you are in a jet aircraft difficult to sleep other wise perfect

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Pools and Spa were great and we used the BBQ area. A couple of blocks from the tram. Bus Stop is close by. Just back from the beach. The only negative is our room only Fans in the Bedrooms and During the hot months, the Airconditioning Does not reach.

Everything but the carkpark was great. Very comfy stay, good facilities, good location. Didnt like that I needed to remove roof racks just to access the carpark.

Average. Apartment is massive sized but outdated. Random color and style blankets in the wardrobe that don’t feel clean. Not enough toilet paper rolls for 6 nights stay for 4 people and gave a fuss sparing us an extra roll of toilet paper. Lots of cleaning requests for guests including tidying up all dishes and emptying rubbish bins. Didn’t feel like it’s a holiday.

The view was spectacular, you get city view and beach view. The apartment sizes are huge, plenty of space. I found the main bed was quite firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, thats my opinion though. The two single beds were much more comfortable. They also have a indoor and outdoor pool. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely go back.

The aartment managers were quick to debit for a security deposit but are yet to refund it. The was remnants of snack food on the living area floor that had not been cleaned up.

We stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor. The apartment was well featured and quite spacious, with lovely views of the beach / ocean and our over the lawn bowls and soccer fields. The kitchen was well appointed with adequate utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Hotel facilities include a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, table tennis, pool table, and communal BBQ area. Front desk staff were friendly friendly and helpful.

Very handy for the beach, twenty minutes walk to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The facilities - swimming pool, sauna and spa were really good; the apartment was spacious and modern, and had a balcony with super sea views.

The service at reception was friendly and informative. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. There were a few safety hazards for our two year old and it was dark in the ensuite shower, but otherwise a good base for a family holiday.

Playground, pool, tennis courts and mini-golf - good facilities. Comfortable but wouldn't stay here for more than a couple days. Booked a cabin months in advance. Check-in experience wasn't so welcoming - staff almost annoyed that we got a good rate (as if we cheated them).

This building is very old (built 1981) and in need of a renovation. It was comfortable enough for our family and had enough room but in need of upgrade. Not in the main heart of Broadbeach or Surfers but being away made it a bit quieter. Still an easy enough walk to central Broadbeach for restaurants and shopping but we didn't find that out until about to leave. Beach very close and we had sea views and city/Surfers views from our room despite taller buildings in front on beachfront. No facecloths provided apparently for hygiene reasons.

We stayed three nights and while it was very close to the beach, the apartment and its amenities were old and in need of repair. Also, there was only air conditioning in the main living area. Had I known there was no air conditioner or even a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, I would not have booked this apartment.

Nice accomodation for what you pay. Although superior room is more like a standard room. Shame that they don't really clean that well as it still had rubbish from previous occupants around the room. It was great for location to the beach and attractions.
