The main living area boasts soaring high ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the magnificent ocean panorama. The open-plan design includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a return bench and four bar stools, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The lounge area features comfortable seating, including a sofa bed for two children, and a dining table for six.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a large window with a cozy built-in daybed offering breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two extra-long single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, along with a TV.

Designed for year-round comfort, the property includes split-system air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom. It also has a main bathroom with laundry facilities, a small single garage for beach and water equipment, and off-street parking for vehicles or a boat.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
