Surrounded by tranquil waters, our home features a spacious living area with coastal flare, dining room table and a pull out sleeper sofa. The spacious and open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a lovely open workspace where you can prepare meals while still connecting with your family seated in the open living room. The home is filled with amenities, including an upgraded kitchen, tile and plank flooring throughout, & ceiling fans. The whole living area is bright due to the natural and modern lighting.

The exquisite living room boasts chic furnishings and a Smart TV with free Spectrum TV service included. The kitchen features a minimalistic feel, equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm. There's a coffee machine available for coffee lovers with coffee, as well as tea pot, blender and toaster.

The spacious bedrooms are beautiful and bright, with televisions in two of the bedrooms. The front bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, an additional roll out mattress below bottom bunk, and a dedicated workspace. This is the perfect space for a family traveling with small children or even the stay-at-home employee needing a quiet, dedicated office space. The bedrooms also boast closets with hangers. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and starter toiletries, and also feature a bathtub and shower.

This 3 bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 8. However, there is also a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room if additional sleeping arrangement space is needed.

The unit has a separate washer/dryer to do laundry at your convenience. Relax outdoors at one of the patio sets. Gas grill, two beach cruiser bicycles, and corn hole set are also provided outside.

Keep in mind, this property is a duplex. The rear patio is a shared space and would be the only space that is/may need to be shared during your stay. There may be opportunity to book both units, if needed for more space, if the other side is available at the same time of your booking.
