Both bedrooms have a Cal king size bed. Living room with dining area, WiFi and TV, a full kitchen and an outside lanai with views of a coffee farm and the ocean.
Guests have access to the yard around the house. When in season there are star fruit, bananas, lilikoi, mango, lemon and avocado. Laundry area.
We are located just 3 minutes from historical Holualoa Town. We are known for world-renowned "Kona Coffee"! There are art galleries, convenient store, post office, coffee shop, Holuakoa Gardens and Cafe restaurant. Coffee farm tastings and tours! Sundog bakery is roadside on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. Town events on 1st Friday’s of the month with food and live music (rain or shine). We are about 15 mins away from downtown Kailua-Kona town, yet conveniently up in the highly desirable cooler hills of Holualoa.
Things to note: We have a very respectful, quiet tenant that lives on the lower level. He works the night shift as a security guard at the high end Kohanaiki resort resident quarters. He normally surfs after work and is home around 10am to go to bed. If he’s not working, he’s surfing or sleeping. :)
